Big Shout out fore Marco and Danny. Outstanding service helping me when my Tama Throne collapsed due to a faulty fitting that I discovered has now been replaced with new design. Had to buy a new seat which took 5 weeks to arrive but the alternative would have been 5/6 months just for the new part!

We really appreciated getting an email after we had placed the order to let us know that the item was not immediately in stock. You gave us a timeframe for when it would be available and suggested an alternative product that we could buy instead if we needed the item quickly. In this instance we weren't in a hurry, but sometimes this level of customer service really matters as we sometimes are in need of something quickly. As it turned out, it was actually in stock at your warehouse and we got it the next day anyway.
