This company stole money from a group of NDIS participants. A group of deaf people purchased Woojer Vests through this company and they stole the money and never sent out the vests. when you steal money from a government organisation let alone one that's representing the most vulnerable people in society. it's a guaranteed lawsuit. I hope these guys get everything that's coming to them and they get locked up.

SCAMMER ALERT: Ordered and Paid for Lawn Mower on 29th April, reference 18012076. Called 3 times and was answered by 3 different people with asian accents, put on hold and told "Seth" was unavailable and would call me back. Have not received a single call back, have not received a reply to my email, have not received my lawn mower.

Dr Techlove / Nuestra Development Pty Ltd’s website advertised that the item was in stock and would be delivered in 4-8 days.

The item was the same price as other websites, but I chose Dr Techlove because allegedly they are in QLD. I did not search for reviews – if I had I wouldn't have purchased from Dr Techlove and I would have saved myself so much time and energy chasing them.

I paid in full for the item, but the item did not arrive until 64 days later!

Since the day I ordered, the website has, and still does indicate that the product is available and can be delivered within a few days.

Dr Techlove did not return any of the messages I left with their answering service operators.

After 4 weeks the item still had not arrived. Dr Techlove responded to my email and said that they could not provide a delivery date, and they refused to provide a refund.

I complained to Fair Trading who contacted Nuestra Development Pty Ltd / Dr Techlove on my behalf and requested a refund, which Dr Techlove refused. Fair Trading recommended that I make an application to QCAT, but the QCAT application fee was higher than what I paid for the item, so I did not go to QCAT.

More than 4 weeks after I paid, Dr Techlove emailed a tracking number, but did not advise the carrier. Dr Techlove’s website states that they use Fastway Couriers. When searching for Fastway Couriers you find that they are Aramex. The tracking number only indicated that a shipment was created and that Dr Techlove had NOT yet handed the parcel to Aramex.

Aramex received the parcel from Dr Techlove 32 days after the tracking number was provided to me!

The item eventually arrived 64 days after I had ordered and paid! The cardboard packaging was battered and torn.

This has been an extremely stressful experience and I hope that you can avoid experiencing something similar.

I ordered a product and rang next week to try to find delivrry details, i got no details or call back and ended up gooing to Smart Home who were immediately responsive, how harc is it to contact you customer,
