State of the art clinic with 5 star staff ,everyone was brilliant helpful and nice and obviously Excellent in there field of expertise. Shuttles to and from the airport and clinic and stayed in 4 star hotel 👍 would recommend to anyone thinking any surgeries.

I had no pain, did not even need the painkillers and the result already looks amazing. I barely had any swelling and looked like nothing but a buzzcut happened 8 days after surgery. Tesekkürler!

I had arranged to attend this clinic having declared my medical information well in advance of the procedure. Unfortunately, due to what appeared to be poor internal communication within the company, this information was not reviewed until the day of the procedure itself.

As a result, I incurred significant financial losses, including my deposit, hotel costs, transport, and flights, all of which were wasted due to the late decision-making process. Despite these circumstances, there appeared to be very little ownership or accountability taken regarding the situation, and there was no meaningful consideration given to refunding the deposit.

I was also disappointed by the lack of clinical transparency surrounding the decision. Rather than having the situation explained by a medical professional, I was instead counselled by a manager, which did not feel appropriate given the clinical nature of the issue.

Overall, the approach felt unprofessional and poorly coordinated. While I appreciate that the staff remained courteous throughout what was clearly a difficult situation, courtesy alone did not adequately address the magnitude of the disorganisation or the impact this had on me both financially and emotionally.

Had a great experience at Dr Serkan’s clinic. For some context -
I went in for a hair transplant as a male in my 40s. I previously had a hair transplant at a clinic in Harley Street and was at first wary of going to Turkey due to the thought of the journey home, post surgery. I am glad I went. The clinic is far more advanced than the one I visited in the UK. It was a more professional experience all the way from how it looked, how sterile it was and the staff interaction.

I also got exosome and PRP treatment.

It is too early to comment on results, but the aftercare has also been very good. I got clear instructions and a follow up - something I never got in London.

I am a doctor myself and was a bit worried about the quality of care, but I didn't need to be. The staff, including Julia, Yasin, and the lovely, experienced technicians (sorry, I forgot their names), drivers, and other team members at the clinic, have been excellent. The communication, prompt attention, and care were much appreciated. Although at times it felt like conveyor belt work, which is understandable given the volume of patients they handle. The doctors were experienced, and I would have liked a bit more interaction with them, but overall it was a very positive experience.

Nazdar and the team oglan, shigri and two more girls whose names I missed, made the procedure a breeze. It was a long 7-8 hours procedure but all of them showed so much love and care, it made it so much easy. A big thanks and love for Nazdar and the team. They are the superstars!!
Jessie was my WhatsApp booking advisor and promptly answered all my questions in detail and with lots of patience. She is very knowledgeable too and very caring. I will give her an easy 5 star or better. Khaleel was also a great help during consultation and drew the hairline just like I wanted.haiderali and serkan also reviewed and adjusted the hairline.
Their patient care is just next level and goes far far above and beyond the North American standards.
It would be nice if the package included sample lotion and shampoo for atleast first 7 days. I will also add ibis hotel was pretty basic and didn’t look like a 4 star. I’d say 2 star at best. The breakfast was alright though.
I will now wait for the hairs to grow to know how successful was the procedure.

Traveled from the US to Istanbul for surgery. Was a little worried on the plane ride over but upon getting a consultation and seeing the clinic I knew this was a top notch facility. The staff was fantastic and transplant clinic was state of the art. Follow up was prompt and transportation from airport and hotel was great. I would highly recommend Dr Aygin's clinic.

I am absolutely thrilled by the professional service I got at this clinic—from start to finish. Once I contacted the clinic online (from the US), my liaison via WhatsApp and phone was Jessie Turkel. She is the best of the best in professional customer service. From the first message to the last, she was patient, particular, and professional. I asked many questions; she never lost her patience but took the time and trouble to respond promptly, precisely, and completely.

The staff at the clinic was knowledgeable, professional and friendly, from start to finish. They made me comfortable, answered me to my satisfaction, making sure to allay any of my apprehensions or concerns.

Lastly, the logistics of the entire operation was flawless and like clockwork: airport limo pick-up and drop off, hotel stay (included in package), drives to and from hotel and clinic. The drivers were very courteous and compliant, as were the interpreters. I never felt frustrated or lost.

Had it not been for Jessie’s seamless handling of every detail such a processes’s logistics dictates, from pin to elephant, none of the above would be possible to start with.
