I bought two lithium batteries from…

I bought two lithium batteries from this company a year ago for my RV house batteries. They worked fine until a week ago. I tried jumping and charging but neither one would take or hold a charge. I have been discussing my problem with their service department but all I get back is questions. I have discussed my problem and answered their emails but have not received anything promising. If this is what you call customer service you might as well delete that column from your advertisement.

I purchased 4 lithium batteries at…

I purchased 4 lithium batteries at almost 200.00 each. After 6 weeks in service 2 stopped taking a charge. Their customer service is through a message system and for the past week I get one message a day asking for more of the videos I already sent.
Don't buy from them, it's a scam.
