I had a nose job done and my nose is bend and curving, the cartilage they used was not straight so it’s very curved. I’m not sure what to do but I’ve been having very bad migrains after I had to go to emergency in my country aus. This was the first experience I’ve had with aesthetic Surgery and it was the worst. My nose is now on one side of my nose more then the other it makes my face look very uneven. I was not able to breathe for months as well

This is my second time to come and work along side the team here and there are such lovely kind people who encourage you all the way and stay with you. You never feel unsure around anything. Make you feel so welcome and cared for it’s been an amazing experience both times thank yous all ❤️

My consultant beyza was very good very attentive and full off information and is still supporting my after the surgury. Dr llker cicek was great very professional and put and worrying i had away. And my nurse gizem looked after me very well. I am still healing from my surgury and await the full results but everything looks great thank 😃😃😃

Avoid this dental clinic at all costs. It is the number one scam clinic in Istanbul.

They do not stick to the agreed treatment plan or prices. Instead, the cost increases at every visit. On top of that, they charge extra “card payment fees” of 5–20% on every payment, which is a clear scam.

They also perform unnecessary procedures, such as root canals or tooth extractions on healthy teeth, and they remove healthy teeth very easily just to make the patient pay more.

The clinic installs implants that do not meet any regulations, and they refuse to disclose which implant brands they use—or they outright lie about it. This means you may have something completely different in your mouth than what they claim.

As a result of their work, I developed a serious infection, which had to be treated for a long time back home by a dentist, including medication.

The crowns are extremely poor quality, badly cemented, and they come loose. Just six months after my visit, I had to redo the entire treatment—full-mouth crowns and a bridge—in Europe.

The translators lie to customers about prices and are highly dishonest.

The dentist showed me photos of other patients, including their names and personal details, and even talked about some patients being drug users or prostitutes, which is a serious violation of privacy.

The receptionist is rude and yells at patients, threatening to stop treatment if payment is not made.

The clinic itself is dirty and smells of cigarette smoke, and even the drivers smoke inside the car.

In the end, my treatment cost more than it would have in any European country, and the quality was shockingly bad.

Hi im from the UK and came to Dr Pilus for a full set of teeth. I needed 11 extracted on the first visit....very overwhelmed I was but the staff were absolutely amazing....made me feel so relaxed....the translator was great and the clinic so clean....my second visit twelve weeks later I came home with the teeth I dreamed about.....thank-you so much. Very Happy with my new mouth.

I’ve travelled from wales uk. And I was straight to the hospital having breast reduction and upper arm lift surgery. Even though we don’t speak the same language, my translator beyza was absolutely amazing helping me understand everything I was going through, she would even be on the phone at night time if I had any questions I wasn’t sure about. Beyza checked in daily to check on my progress of healing. Can’t thank her enough for everything she has done for me and my partner. The whole process was stress free thanks to all these people. Also Dr Ilker CICEK and his team at the hospital including the my personal nurse and the other nurses were amazing and checked on me as much as the could. It’s been 6 days since my procedure and Im healing very fast and have movement back in my arms. I’m very happy I chose this company to have these procedures done. The dentist worked tremendously hard and patient in giving me a new set of teeth, translator was extremely communicative. The only criticism were the appointment times were often chaotic and changing and some dental assistants talked and laughed throughout procedures,which I found unprofessional except one who was exceptional, maybe in view for professional improvement?

I had a hair transplant done at this clinic and I’m absolutely satisfied. The entire process was excellently organized, and the service and care were truly first-class. The team was very kind, professional, and always attentive to my needs. Everything just went perfectly. I can wholeheartedly recommend the clinic!

From the start right through to the end Beyza my translator has been brilliant. With me every step of the way and has the memory of Einstein amazing. All nurse have been amazing checking on me and very attentive to me and my wounds. Nurses Aliye and Gizem were my nurses and helped answer any questions I asked with the help of my translator Beyza. As for Dr. Ilker Çicek what amazing job he has done, I'm so happy, he listened to what I wanted and checked on me. Very nice man and easy on the eye ha ha.. The trip really has been easy from getting picked up from the airport by the drivers who were also super nice, everything is honestly done for you, all I had to do was book my flights. We had a great experience at the clinic, the staff were excellent, Ozlem the coordinator was amazing keeping us up to date with everything from being picked up the airport to the end of our stay she also speaks good English , she was always available to talk to you at anytime, Seyda, was at the reception along with the other staff were very helpful, the Mert & Sezer surgeon & Dentist were fantastic along with the Dential nurses cleaner & security man , they all made you feel welcome .

Communication is,extremely poor.
Drp do not tell you what and when treatment is happening IT FELT VERY RUSHED.
They did not tell me to bring passport or that prescription needs passport or paying for.
They told me that temporary dentures could be fitted but I had to force them to do this this was at the point E##Etrying to get me in the transport.
They change appointment time and did not inform me.
The transport stank of a smoker and was not pleasant.
The interpreter E is a liar and manipulates the truth.
The denture fitting - there was no interpreter and the guy fitting did not speak English so understanding what was what was difficult. SADLY have had to request that the Interpreter En no longer handles Mt treatment due to his poor attitude and negative remarks . THERE is clearly no patient care from DRP its all about asking money . I'm about to engage a Turkish solicitor to deal with this. They also left me at hotel and did not pick me up assuaged for transport to airport .
BE AWARE THEY WILL ALWAYS CHANGE THE PRICE AND ADD .
THIS IS NOT A TRUSTWORTHY ORGANISATION AVOID COMPLETELY LOST FAITH IN THEM

I had the best experience with Dr Pilus from arriving to leaving. I absolutely love my breast implants they have done such an amazing job.

I can not thank the clinic enough, from the day i contacted the clinic everything just went to plan, They arranged everything hands on every tx ir call was immediately replied to, and all went perfect, i was so nervous for my surgery on arrival but as soon as i arrived they was fantastic, all the staff who looked after me the surgeon was amazing i couldnt have felt more comfortable, and my surgery went perfect, my after care was great just so caring and hands on really couldnt have asked for more, and still now im receiving tx messages asking how im doing, what a great clinic and staff, i would definitely choose this clinic again without a second thought, very impressed with my vaser lyposuction and my recovery is going great step by step just how they explained, if i need to ask anything i get a very quick response, i would definitely recommend the clinic and my friend will be visiting in 2026, thankyou so much to all the staff from start to finish, Thankyou so much for staying intouch with me 🙏❤️ Victoria

My second visit to Dr. Pilus clinic and another 5 star experience. Looked after by Esan this time, with his excellent comminication skills and friendliness, he kept us informed with clinic times and transfers to & from the hotel all week 👏 ☺️ The drivers are so friendly and transport vehicles very good (felt like celebrities)
The clinic has had a makeover since my last visit, it is spotlessly clean and we were well looked after with Turkish tea & coffee 🤗
6 of my family members have now been to the clinic and come away with beautiful smiles, all opting for the smile design package with 20 zirconium crowns. The prices are so competitive but it is the professionalism and care of Dr. Zesar and his team that made us choose this clinic after extensive research. They are a highly experienced team of Doctors (Dentists in UK) surgeons, root canal specialists and dental nurses. The care from the whole team was exceptional. The doctors are passionate about their work, communicating and explaining your tailored treatment all the way 🤗 They are truly masters at their job. The dental nurses are so friendly and caring too, always smiling making the clinics atmosphere a happy place 🤗
Be prepared for changes in clinic times as this is inevitable in a busy clinic.
All I can say is, My 2 sons, 2 sisters, nephew and myself, all now have the most beautiful smiles. We have all had tailored treatment plans, mine requiring a second visit and that is because the clinic is 5 star and will not cut corners with your care. Your health is their priority and the aesthetic result follows on.
Being a theatre/ aesthetic nurse in the UK, I have been able to evaluate the care we’ve received in comparison to the UK and have awarded the 5 stars 🌟

I have read some of the one star reports and they are so false it’s crazy.. I flew in from Canada was very happy with the hotel extremely clean, even the staff was kind warm and friendly. I am a single mom with a five year who came with me stayed in the hotel with my adult daughter. I was picked up, met by a gracious driver .. welcomed by a sweet translator BEYZA, who walked me through everything and stayed by my side most of the time. (Except for my procedure).. I wanted to see the country and stayed in a hotel farther away and they picked my family and myself up from a different hotel and brought us to the airport regardless of where we were staying. As far as the procedure went.. I wanted an implant where my jaw is not strong enough to handle the implant and the dentist said that I had a cyst in there and that it was decaying my jaw and in Canada they were gonna put an implant in that and this dentist said absolutely not. I will not risk your health and he put a bridge there in its place. I had another implant above that is strong and beautiful and fantastic and I am now going back for another procedure of veneers because this doctor is fantastic kind patient sweet and an excellent surgeon. Whom so ever, is saying those nasty things is simply trying to get a refund or some sort of a rebate. There’s no way anything she said is true.

The whole treatment was very well organised, the facility was very clean and the dentist and his assistant did an excellent job working over 3 hours to carry out my extensive treatment.
