They hold my phone for nearly two weeks for a broken screen !

I am outraged by the inefficiency of their service, it is absolutely scandalous to keep my phone for nearly 2 weeks for a repair that lasts an hour! Especially since they charge 20% more than all their competitors!

I bitterly regret having used the "official" Samsung service, which delegates repairs to this detestable company. I could have had my broken screen repaired in an afternoon, but no, I've been without a phone for 2 weeks, with no news, and yet I paid immediately after receiving their "diagnosis".

This is what happens when you pay crooks in advance.

Never use Samsung's service through DynaFix (dr.mobile)!

Edit : it is worst that I could ever imagine. The screen of my phone got scratches after 1 week and broke after 1 month and half as the screen was very poorly mounted. I have contacted them and after insisting and sending multiple emails I got an answer telling me that I should have declare that within 48 hours.
Whats the point of giving a 3 months warranty then?
They are clearly scammers, this is and absolute shame that Samsung works with those incompetents people.

I will never buy a Samsung product anymore.

Doctor mobile is a terrible company

Doctor mobile is a terrible company, and if possible you should go elsewhere for your repairs. They took 2 entire weeks to incorrectly diagnose my headset, and customer service keeps dragging out my warranty claim further and further for no reason. This is after they tried to charge me 228 euros for fixing the connection between my left speaker and the rest of the headset (I bought the headset for 138 euros!). I am currently still trying to make them accept my warranty 3 weeks after I sent in my headset. I would never recommend doctor mobile to anyone unless it’s the only company available to repair your device under warranty.

Phone went in for a battery…

Phone went in for a battery replacement, when I picked it up it was on dark mode which I don't use, when I put it back onto normal mode there was a black dott on my screen, which was not there before, he said he would replace the screen, when I returned to have it done he refused to do it, I got my money back on the battery replacement, never again would I go to him.

Exceptional Mobile Repair Service

Dr Mobile turned out to be A&E mobile. Rapid service for a difficult pre-holiday screen failure issue; unfortunately, I waited too long, and the cracked screen failed completely. Mr Tomasz promptly performed a professional repair at a great price. Good communication and a very neatly executed screen replacement. I highly recommend Dr. Mobile!!!

unrepaired item & they charge extra costs to call customer service

Sent an item for reparation or replacement and after three weeks the item was sent back and marked as replaced, but the same item was sent and it was still faulty; despite adding the complaint description clearly in the reparation request, they marked it as not description. Then, to contact customer service you have to pay 0.49 cents per minute. I have to start the whole process again for sending back the unrepair item and probably wait for another three weeks.

Stole my phone parts !

DO NOT GO HERE!
I got my screen replaced and about a week later the microphone stopped working and then a few days after the battery went as well. Took it to another phone shop and when they opened up the phone all my original Apple parts that came with my phone had been taken out by dr.mobile (probably to sell on for money) and replaced with cheap ones from China. I’ve now had to pay another £100 to replace the parts.

Recently had an iPhone se with a broken screen repaired. Was not in a hurry so agreed to call back a couple of hours later. Got a text to say it was done. When I called back it seemed perfect would never have known it had been broken. Excellent value at £25 and excellent service, would certainly use again.

Found an excuse not to repair my phone and ask a lot of money to get it back

They claimed that they couldn't repair my phone under the warranty conditions, even though it was only 1 year old. The repair price they proposed was higher than the price of the phone itself! They asked for 36€ just to send it back to me. When I asked why the warranty didn't cover the issue, they never replied to the question and kept sending me the same automated email saying that the warranty conditions didn't cover the repairs. It's a complete fraud. Do not trust them!

Paid for delivery, got scammed

I paid for my delivery (8 euro), after which I did not get my DPD package label (wrong redirect + wrong tracking number). After this basically any attempt in contacting them failed; I stated the issue in the e-mails and they responded twice with:
"We cannot answer this without consulting speciality. We will get back to you as soon as possible."
After which of course, no other e-mail was sent. So they are basically scammers (at least for me). Save your money!
