It's a gimmick

It was easy and fast. However I feel a little deceived. I put all my information in on the website. Got my quote. Go to the lot and..... double the down payment?! Like you portrayed it to be a choice of mine, of course you'll always take more, but what you do is dishonest and took more money from me, with only the choice to say yes or no.

My sales rep was perfect. Her hands were tied. She wants to make a sale, but there's really no reason for me to be spacial. You got people coming in hook, line, and sinker.

I'm glad I put away double. Too good to be true? Yep.

Bring double what they tell you online. It's a gimmick for 90% of us that need the kinda financing they give.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE

Nick provided outstanding customer service. The process went extremely smooth. The car was in excellent condition and very clean. I came here to purchase a 2023 Hyundai Elantra SEL because two months ago my Jeep Cherokee was hit by a 42 ton dump truck. I was so happy to have such an impressive car and be treated with such impressive professionalism.

Good but needs work.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming that's important to me when purchasing a car. The buying process a lil lengthy for me but not to bad given that I got there at 7pm and they closed a 8pm. The car had about ¼ gas in it and when I called the next day about it and for compensation. I was basically told I'm shit out of luck should have caught it the day of purchase.

No pressure in choosing a car

No pressure in choosing a car. Sales staff was courteous and very professional. Due to customer volume, I had the opportunity to work with two sales representatives, the hand off between them was flawless and fast. Over all a positive buying experience!

Gabriella my Salesperson was excellent

Gabriella my Salesperson was excellent. I was more impressed with her than anything. I love my car. The most distressing thing was the inability to help me to finance due to the timing of my SSA check. Also the interest is too high to make me totally comfortable.

After I had chosen the vehicle, I received a phone call and scheduled a time the sales rep. was awesome. Anthony took the necessary time with me having a somewhat handicap. He explained everything to the point I understood. He was friendly and not pushy.
