No gas in vehicle
The car I choose had an issue the key wasn’t working and the battery was dead. I was given other choice but nothing similar to my 1st choice. I am happy with the choice I chose with not much help from the agent.

My review is going to be based off the experience there vs the car. I just got my car yesterday so can’t speak much on that.
I was coming from an hour and a half away so I reached out to see if I could get a preapproval before going in.
Rick worked with me via text. Which was great. That process was smooth. He said everything was good and confirmed the rate was secured at that.
I’m going to start with the rate, when I got in, the rate was indeed not the same and ended up to be about $5 more a month then it was promised at and the interest was like .5 higher. While this doesn’t sound too bad, that does end up being about $360 more in the end.
I brought someone with me and spent a whole week talking them into going and getting a car. Unfortunately DriveTime does not offer any type of referral bonus, discount etc. shoot he could have given like a gas card, filled the tank, etc anything would have seemed reasonable tbh. Yall should really offer a referral program. Lesson learned.
The salesman(Emeka) was not the most people friendly in my opinion. He did not seem welcoming and seemed like we were just an inconvenience that he had to actually work. He didn’t really explain much of anything and the person I referred had some issues with a bridge crest account the salesman set up and he didn’t seem to want to help at all.
The person I referred and myself both had appointments at 10. And while they open at 10, they didn’t actually even let us in until 10:05. He was the only sales person there(I believe there was a woman but I don’t think she was sales) so had to do us both at the same time.
The car I wanted and reserved was there. I did get it. So far no issues on that front. But again only had it a day.
All in all we were there 3 hours for 2 cars. (One picked out ahead of time.)

I walked in to the showroom it was clean and got waited on soon as I got in the door. The salesman was very knowledgeable about in helping me pick out my new car.onthe test drive he explained all the features and showed how they worked.I gave them five stars for the great service.
