From the time we walked into Drive time we had a great greeting from a young lady. Then upon arrival to the front desk the gentleman was very kind upon our check in. We were sent to see Byron Nelson who was our salesman. A very nice helpful knowledgeable gentleman. He made our experience a very great experience. He helped make our car purchase process easy and we are grateful for his help. Mr Byron was friendly and helpful and took his time to help us make a decision on our SUV purchase. Thank You & we shall send you as a recommendation to anyone we know who is interested in a new vehicle purchase.

I bought a Hyundai Tuscon 2015 which I love. Here's the problem. State farm and Progressive and a couple of others won't insure the vehicle because it's missing a passive engine emobilizer that will prevent the vehicle from being stolen. I did not have a recall on this problem as it was not in my paperwork when I purchased the vehicle 4 weeks ago. This may be because the car title says push start when it is not a push start. I do have a recall on the ABS system but thats it. The nice folks at customer service told me to take the vehicle back to the drivetime purchase location over an hour away and trade it in. Thank goodness I called the location first, because I was told NO. There is only a 5 day return policy and there is nothing they can do. I hope I can find insurance. This is very stressful and I feel unsatisfied.

Pedro Sanabria at the Gulf Freeway location in Houston,TX is an amazing salesman.I pretty much did everything online due to driving over the road. I expressed to Pedro what I needed, we planned and executed well!! Thank you Pedro!!!!

Drive time sold me a minivan with a bad transmission. The struts are bad. Driver side headlight attrack police, due to it’s shining all over the place at night. They lie about letting you pick your own vehicle. They sale you their junk broke down vehicles first. I wouldn’t have mine paying $50,000 for a $8,000.00 van, but it should have drove like a good vehicle. These people are crooks. They tell you oh yeah I can get you a good vehicle for the price range you quote them, but that’s not true. A bunch of liars trying to jew you work here.

Drive time in a whole is the best place to make a purchase. This is my 2nd vehicle through them. Each time I have set with a representative, they were knowledgeable, professional and patient. Jesus at Gulf frwy drive time was incredibly awesome. He covered every detail and the importance of it. He reassured me in all that he explained.

If y’all would’ve actually did the inspection, you would’ve saw the transmission leak on the vehicle and would not even put it out for sale until you’re fixed it

The lady that helped me( Leaira Talford) at the South Houston Tx location was Wonderful. She went above and beyond. The manager was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT! What he told me before I got there, was NOT the same as when I got there. I feel taken advantage of, and I would NOT recommend that location as long as he is manager!

While I was there Eric was my car salesman and he went over and beyond to make sure I drove off the lot with what I wanted. And the manager Greg introduced his self and made sure I was taken care of. Awesome experience. Awesome caring workers.

The sales rep Jesus Juarez made everything easy. He took his time and broke everything down for us.
