Zero stars if I could

Zero stars if I could. Dropped my car off July 23, 2025 for a transmission issue. Rep #1 (Ruben) lied about ordering parts and never called back. Rep #2 (Joe) gave conflicting info, promised “two weeks,” then three weeks later acted like they just got my car and said another two weeks. Zero communication, broken promises, and total incompetence from both reps and the manager whoI have been told would call me two times and hasn't. Absolutely the worst service experience.
