Sent item back for return was refused…
Sent item back for return was refused because I removed tag of hood trying a reprimo flight indigo/twilight jacket on the 29th July still haven't received item back and emailed at least 10 times and alls I got back was 1 reply saying they sent it to head office and blanked since absolutely disquisting dont buy from these fraudsters

Issues with refund
Purchased a shoe online, returned in cooling period. Paid the return postage but the seller refuses to refund the delivery postage. I tried to explain that this is a legal obligation, but they totally ignored it. Escalated to Financial Ombudsman.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! It’s the WORST scam / non legit shop ever. Paid next day delivery for a mocha trailberg 2 piece set and the parcel (with just a top in) didn’t arrive for 9 days. I messaged them numerous times to chase up the order with diabolical responses like ‘will chase this up’ and not hearing back. In fact my last message has been left blanked even though I have messaged 3 times .. they can see I am not happy and have asked them where the shorts are and if I can have a refund for them and the shipping I paid £7.99 next day and it came 9 days later, they are ROBBERS!!!!

DripModa deny customers' consumer rights
Please beware of purchasing clothes from this shop. They deny customers their consumer rights. I purchased a pair of discounted trainers which i returned within a week of receipt. DripModa sent me a credit note instead of the refund to my payment card i requested. 1. This is contrary to distance selling regulations which give consumers a statutory right to a full refund of online orders if they're cancelled within 14 days. 2. The description of the returns policy on the DripModa website did not explain this and implied that they have a flexible returns policy like most other online sellers. DripModa have refused my requests for a full refund in spite of these complaints. I can see other customers have had similarly negative experiences with this shop. I recommend avoiding them.

Buyers beware!
I recently bought two tracksuits with a view to returning one. I returned the second one to receive the refund added to a gift card. I disputed this as i wanted it returned to my original source (my bank account) and was told because it was in the 'sale' this is incorrect information and under the consumer contracts regulations 2013 i am entitled to a refund to my original source within 14 days. I will keep on fighting becareful people!
