Mark was great. No hassle at all. Thoroughly checked the car.

Ceejay very easy to deal with , professional and competent and very thorough - perhaps too thorough as process took 2 hours , but he is doing his job so need to be patient , only let down by payment system which was having an off day , I can see him collecting my next car when I fancy another change .

I sold my car and had Mark Falzon come Collect my car on behalf of the dealership. Mark was very friendly and explained the whole process out to me in a simple manner. We had some delays with the dealership making payment to me due to their bank restrictions, but mark politely waited over and hour while the payment cleared. If I were to sell another car and need a driver to come collect a car, I definitely hope it would be mark coming to collect the car. Keep up the excellent service Mark!

I’d definitely recommend to anyone needing a reliable and trustworthy car inspection.

I had a really good experience with DriiveMe and Fuzz as the driver. He was very polite and informative, providing me clear instructions several days before he was due to collect my car. He made the process of selling my car (which I did through CarWow to Group 1) easy. The appraisal was straightforward and as expected, as too was the rest of the process, including the formal sale of my car via the DVLA website. I had some challenges in receiving payment promptly from Group 1 who had actually purchased my car but Fuzz provided a great service in helping chase them for payment (I too made contact with the dealer so it was completely their issue). Overall, it was a very straightforward and stress-free process.

I booked a vehicle through DriiveMe for a one-way trip from Marseille to Lyon. My booking was confirmed, and I planned everything around it.

To pick up the car, I traveled a long distance on my own, spent money, canceled my plans, and invested time and energy — all based on this confirmed reservation.

But once I arrived at the Avis agency at Marseille Airport, I was told:
“Sorry, the car is in the garage for repairs. We can't do anything for you.”

No call. No email. No SMS.
No warning. No solution.

I was left stranded, far from home, with no vehicle and no support. I had to return on my own, at my own expense.
