Hole in fragrance bottle
I received my order and 1 bottle had a hole in it. They won't respond to my emails so I DO NOT recommend buying from them. Their product is really pricey but I thought I would give them a try instead of all the other crap I have been buying. Now I find out that Amazon sells their product. I guess I should have bought from Amazon and I would have saved a little money. Not worth buying from them at all.
Once again I gave Drift.com the benefit…
Once again I gave Drift.com the benefit of the doubt and attempted to order from them again. This time I paid extremely close attention to what I was doing and how I was placing the order. I made absolutely sure it was a one time order. 30 days later, my bank account is being charged for a subscription fee of $17.95, yet I do not have an account, nor do I have log in credentials. I could not get a human on the phone, so I had to activate the account to cancel the subscription, then close the account. I’ll stick to little trees or Febreeze, but I’ll never go back to these con-artists.
It only lasted a Week.

Wrote a previous review for these guys and hit the wrong star. They are by far five star. What an incredible group of people. They really listen and take care of you
Drift is one of the biggest scams in…
Drift is one of the biggest scams in online purchasing of products. It is impossible to speak to a real person, and the company charges month after month of unauthorized purchases. I’ve been reporting this company to multiple organizations for fraud, and I’ve gotten nowhere. I strongly advise not having any dealings with Drift unless you are okay about receiving second-rate products that you didn’t order and are willing to purchase. It’s a minus ZERO.
I have tried to cancel my subscription
I have tried to cancel my subscription. Please do so TODAY. I don’t like it. It’s not what it claims to be. Linda Miller 3041 Ridgemont Circle, Kingsport, Tn. CANCEL it today. I can’t stand it when there’s no way to contact a company directly. STOP. SEND NO MORE.

1 order they secretly started to take and re order without my consent. 2 nd order was shipped to some word address i have nothing to do with. No response on emails. Absolutely poor service. Never again
I’m a stickler for smells
I’m a stickler for smells. I bought the macadamia swirl for the my SUV. I didn’t smell anything. I like to open up my vehicle and the fragrances from my vehicle hit my nose. This was not the case and I was highly disappointed. Back to my febreze scents until something else comes out I would like to try.
I bought this as a one off to try it…
I bought this as a one off to try it out. Next month I see a payment come out of my account for a 'subscription' WTF! I never subscribed to this. Avoid this company they are complete gangsters. I do not know how this is legal that they can automatically signed you up to a subscription when you have not asked for it and have not given them your consent. Surely this has to be illegal?
SCAM Alert!
I ordered a 2 pack of scent blocks. A few minutes later, I was notified of future ship/bill dates. I did not authorize a subscription.
I have already froze the charge on my credit card and cancelled the remaining shipments.
This a scam and this company should be closed.
They had my credit card info too, I never did business with them.
I will be going after these mfer's, you can count on that.
Nothing wrong with the product but a…
Nothing wrong with the product but a deceptive ‘one off purchase’ started trying to charge me monthly, which thankfully my bank declined. When I login to Drift it says I have no active subscriptions. Have spoken to my bank who have flagged it and sent a request to stop them. A shame really.
Scammers
Bought from Drift a year ago. Was surprised to receive another package and charge a month later. Foolishly assumed I wasn't paying attention and canceled sub.
Tried again this year for a stocking stuffer - made absolutely sure to avoid all subscription models. A new package and charge a month later. This company can pound sand.
Hidden subscription!!
So i have previously wrote a review stating they take money without consent & hide in the T&c’s the subscription, i emailed the company to state i did not enrol in a subscription which is where they told me its in the T&C’s i luckily got a refund for that last transaction they took unwillingly to then have them send me another scent and take more money from my account, be careful with this company as they are sly and take money from your account even though you unknowingly sign up to a subscription.
Scam for Drift car air freshner
Scam for Drift car air freshner, stay away. Didn’t sign up for subscription, couldn’t cancel, so had to contact bank to block payments.
Never sign for subscription but they…scammers
Never sign for subscription but they keep charging me scammers and products are terrible
John Wick, sat beside you, after cleaning his toilet with bleach and a 8 hour sesh at the gym
I few days ago i received my 'John Wick' Drift scent for the car.
What a disappointment!
The wood itself looks ok and the magnetic holder for the sun visor works well.
I'm not going to be able to review the longevity as i have absolutely no intention of keeping this in my car.
It smells like:
Aged Cedarwood, from all the pencils broken in close quarters.
Black Pepper and Dark Amber, the scent of burning rubber and cold revenge.
Midnight Citrus, with just a hint of Gunsmoke and spilled, imported whiskey.
Seriously, if your car smells this bad, it's not "dirty" it's in Wick Mode.
The scent is so bad, it’s not just Eau de Wet Dog it’s Baba Yaga’s Gym Bag.
If John Wick smelled this in his 1969 Mustang, he wouldn't just look for who stole his car, he’d start a new trilogy just to find out who left this air freshener in it. It’s a scent of zero commitment and sheer stupidity.
I know scent is a very personal thing and some people might like it but crikey, it really is quite bad and most certainly doesn't make you think of 'John Wick', what a con.
Please be aware, when you pay you are paying for a subscription, you'll get one of these awful things every month, although it is very easy to cancel the subscription as soon as you make the purchase. Honestly I wouldn't bother.
Watch out for this …
Really cranky they signed up an auto subscription when purchasing. Really sneaky and then not easy to cancel. Had to log in when I had not created an account. What a shame the product smells great. The underhanded subscription though ... will not purchase again.
THEY SIGN YOU UP TO A SUBSCRIPTION
DO NOT BUY, they sign you up for a subscription, even when you don’t ask for one by using the terms and conditions that you tick. Then the website will time out when you try to cancel the subscription. I had to call my bank to block the payments. Disgusting scammers!
Same as most
Same as most, fished in by the marketing, placed on a subscription, no reply to request to cancel and payment details to be removed, fortunately bought using PayPal who were good, just refunded. Bought as a christmas present, continuing to send the foul smelling Toilet Cleaneresque Pine and the slightly better, if not still faint Coconut one, highly disappointed, almost to the stage where I feel I have been swindled. It would appear the "bill and burn" business model still works.
Do not be taken in by the marketing
Do not be taken in by the marketing — the product simply does not work. There is barely any scent, and you are then enrolled into a subscription without realising it. There is no clear mention of a subscription in the initial purchase or receipt. When you eventually discover this and attempt to cancel, you receive no response from the company. The so-called self-service option on their website is equally frustrating, as it repeatedly crashes.
