Early his month, Imade an order of 2 items: a pair of trainers, and a Tshirt (the tshirt was only ordered so that I could fullfiell the minimum value to make the order). Although I bought my usual number, for the trainers, they were very large when they arrived. So, although I already payed for the transportation, I had to send it all back, so that all the value (order plus shipment) would be refund to me.....at the end of the day, I spent 15€ (the retirn fee) for nothing....

Satisfied with the order, delivery within referred time. Have a few reservations about the delivery costs (customer is charged regardless the amount of order) and the return process for the same reasons.

Everything i bought fits perfectly, good online images well descriptive. Only return policy could be extended by week or two.

I've been pleased to buy in dress for less, cheap price and good quality, the only thing I was expecting more, is the shipment, it took longer than I expect, more than 4-7 days as they said. Other companies are faster from European countries.

I'm a regular customer of the site and I buy different items: clothes, shoes, accessories. The clothes and shoes I buy always fit me which means that a proper description of the goods is provided. I like the fact that Dress-For-Less provides only good quality products. Hello, my experience with dress-for -less is very good. Delivery time is perfect and also claim resolution is very good.

What I would suggest to change is delivery costs for customers outside of Germany. You could have some kind of benefit that let`s say if they order in the amount of 100 and more they have free delivery or sth. like that.

I shop frequently at dress for less and I am very happy both with the prices, regular offers and fast shipping times. Only drawback the shipping costs to Cyprus are about €20 which is prohibitive if you want to buy something small. Otherwise I would shop more often!!

I have realized some items do not have a label, which is not nice.

On the other hand sometimes the sizes do not correspond with real ones.

As for the shipping I have had to go to an office to collect my order more than once
