I have been shopping essentials for the family as well as more occasionally high end brands and I find true qualities, good prices, and really good service. Shipping, packaging, and times are exceptional. Returns aren't processed as fast but they have always been without hassle. This is the first site I look at, when we need something, we have been shopping there for more than 7-8 years.

I wanted a particular pair of jeans and could only find them with Dress For Less but was obviously worried by reviews. However, I knew the size I wanted so didn't expect to have to return. Took a chance and indeed ordered another pair and can't fault the service or product. Took just over a week to arrive which I was happy with considering from Germany and very good price / shipping cost. Would use again

It was the last time I was doing shopping with this company. I returned unvonted items few weeks ago but I have not received the full refund, it takes ages, I have to follow up on everything, this is not online business of 21st century, they are stuck well in the past. I will never shop with them again.

It took about 3-4 working days for my items to be delivered and everything came in a brand new condition/as described.
I also made a return and it took approx 3 weeks to be processed as I dont live in germany.
I would recommend to be patient.
I will use them again and I have used them in the past.
Overall great service and nice bargains.

I purchased £200 worth of goods from this company in August. My order was never delivered, they ignored my multiple requests to investigate what actually happened with it. I have not been refunded for the items that I have never received. Dreadful service.

Horrible customer service avoid scam,you can't cancel orders, only via email which is replied to when the order is already dispatched. You need to pay for returns more than you paid for delivery. Absolutely terrible service. I wanted to cancel my order and buy again with a voucher that they sent me and I couldn't as the order was already on the way to UK. They replied to me after was already sent. What's the point of having vouchers sent to email when you can't use them. Avoid them !!!!

Avoid at all costs.
I sent trainers back 3months ago and they still haven't refunded me. I emailed customer services and they ignored all my emails. Not a coincidence when in previous emails that weren't regarding a refund they replied right away. Robbing scum they are.

I have had the same experience as many reviewers on Trustpilot. If you might need to return an item DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I returned an unworn item to the UK returns address by Royal Mail Tracked service 2 months ago. Still no refund to my Paypal account. It is clear from all the other reviews this organisation does not give refunds and holds on to all payments they receive.
It appears the company they use to process returns in the UK - Salesupply - in Hethersett Norfolk do not send the items back to Germany.
They simply dispose of the returned items as part of the service package they offer.

Just after using dress for less online clothes shop my items arrived on time and not only that they sent me a discount code of 10% to take of my next order, my opinion great service highly recommend this company

Do not buy if ur in uk . I order on 3 march 2021 somewhere around 400£ recived my order happy everything i return items in value of 120£ same everything OK till 2 weeks later i recive a letter from DHL vat duties that I need to pay 190£ vat for my dress for les order 😀. Is nothing on that website dress for les UK where its saying clothing are come from Germany and you will recive vat letter later. Uk website i assumed is based in UK delivery from UK. Let people know

1st 2 orders arrived OK, the latest was returned to sender I'm locked out of my account, customer service is not answering calls or emails. Please just avoid if you run in to any bother you've really no one to answer your questions.

Promised delivery time of 3-4 days is a lie. After one week passed by and you want to know the status of your order, you will find a suspicious German number where no one will ever answer you. A general email reply with "sorry, we are busy" will be sent out - with no information given regarding your order. This company is a fraud and feels safe enough to play this game with not only me, but many other customers out there (probably partying somewhere in St. Tropez, laughing). Many customers, never received their products, which is in fact: illegal. Please contact your bank, declare your money back or even better: do not order over this shop in the first place - it cannot be trusted and need to be put down. In order to do so, please fill in an official complaint and do not let them walk you over. As a customer, make use of your rights and be loud in order for shady companies with questionable marketing strategies (such as enormous discounts), are finally being hold accountable.

Avoid this website. Yes you can get some designer clothes for less, but definitely not worth the hassle. I have tried to return the calvin klein jacket and payed for the return delivery from my money and now they saying that they have not received it and I won't get my money back. I am very disappointed. 😢 I can not wait for the shops to be opened again and shop local.

Branded clothing at a good price and super fast delivery. Yes. BUT!!! No customer service, haven't picked up the phone, replied to emails or Instagram messages. I sent the item back to GERMANY! And paid the postage too. Avoid and shop more local.

Unexpected fast delivery. Placed order on Wednesday and my jeans has been delivered on Friday from Germany to England. I am so impressed with this company. The item was well packed and arrived in perfect condition.Thank you
