Would recommend the halifax store
The whole experience was pleasant I explained what I wanted and Josh showed me a few different beds but couldn't make my mind up, went back next day when I decided what I wanted and ordered one I didn't feel under any pressure throughout my experience

I was greeted as I went into the store, given a little help on bed 'education'. My preferences were confirmed by the 'machine'. I came out with exactly what I needed.

Helpful friendly staff
Had great service from Jordan and Zoe at Dreams Gateshead Metro and Gateshead Team Valley respectively, very friendly people, knowledgeable and professional. Hopefully my mattress will be the perfect match once it is delivered.

Delivery of items is so late
Delivery of items is so late! Kept pushing the dates back until we decided to cancel some of our order. Says some of order will come today but not really getting emails of a delivery so their comms are very bad! I had high hopes from dreams. But this left me disappointed.
