Excellent service. My mattress is very comfortable, no stiff back in the morning so very satisfied.

Very considerate caring staff, with extremely good product knowledge, who had time to understand what we were looking for, and helped us immensely, we weren’t rushed into making a purchase whatsoever. The store itself is very bright and airy, spotlessly clean, with an excellent choice of products. Well done dreams and especially Emily!

Knowledgeable staff. Great products well demonstrated. A national company providing excellent service from start to delivery. A 100 night guarantee don't go to small independents because if things go wrong they can't afford to put it right.

I have not really had the mattress long enough, but it is pretty good and I believe getting better.

The staff were amazingly helpful with helping us select a mattress and frame. Delivery men were great.

The whole procedure went well, the 2 guys that came and delivered the sofa bed, explained how it went together, and were very good.

Really lovely bed and mattress, very comfy. Stephanie was very knowledgable and was very good at showing us the differences between beds and also the mattresses. Will use Dreams again when we need to replace our spare bed.

We were greeted on arrival and Emily was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were offered tea or coffee and took an innovative mattress experience which narrowed down our selection. We did not feel rushed or pressured in to buying anything and had plenty of time to make an informed choice. We got a very good discount and delivery was very quick.

We were given undivided attention from the sales assistant, who was very helpful, knowledgable and patient. We used the computerised bed to asses my needs and then tried numerous mattresses which deemed were suitable. I bought a new bed, mattress, and memory pillow and while we were completing the transaction we were offered a cup of tea.

Used website to find info and then visited Yeovil store to try a few out. Very helpful friendly staff, would have bought in store but ordered online as wanted to use link to Easyfundraising at 3.5% donation to charity.

Paid for set up of bed, this was done with no problems and very friendly delivery men.

The sleepmatch machine made me feel confident about my choice. James talked me through all the options, and was just the right amount attentive. When I rang with further queries the rest of the staff were great. Very good experience. Would recommend.

Great service overall, in store and delivery. It’s great to be able to snipe somewhere that provides all necessary services and reasonably prices. Happy with my new spacious bed and sofa bed.
