All was perfect

It is always difficult and sometime embarrassing to go into a store and lie on a bed to see if it works for you. When we arrived at the store the staff made us feel at ease and made the process of trying out the different mattresses as easy and comfortable (for us) as possible.

The staff also explained a lot about the difference between the mattresses we tried and this helped us make our final decision easier.

The delivery process was quick and efficient, the old mattress was removed and the new one installed in less than 10 minutes, absolutely amazing!

We are very pleased with the bed, although no one has actually slept in it yet, as it’s in the spare room

This is the most comfy mattress we have owned. I had a bad back and shoulder, within 2 nights sleeping on this matress, I am pain free for the first time in years

What excellent service.
The young lady in the Yeovil store was very helpful and patient. Very smooth service.
On day of delivery.
Called to confirm delivery slot.
Driver called 5 minutes before arriving.
We had the old matress bagged up and ready.
They were in and out within 10 minutes.
The delivery team were very friendly and courteous.
They even removed shoes even though we said it wasn't necessary.
If I could give more than five stars I would.

Well bought bed easy enough the staff knew what kind of bed I needed very good and very efficient the bed arrived quickly and we love it

This was my 2nd bed to be delivered within a week. After a small mishap which was very quickly and professionally dealt with everything was perfect and up to the usual Dreams standards I have previously received. 2 very comfy and spacious storage beds and very good nights sleeps all round!

Have always bought our bed from Dreams ever since we have owned our own house. Reliable, straight forward and great choice, prices that are hard to beat. Only one place to shop for top quality furniture. Yes there are cheaper options around, but you can’t put cheapness on quality sleeping.

From the start in store it was very good service . The two guys turned up on time called and communicated everything went well and the bed is very nice . The only down side is that you have to wait weeks from choosing in store to delivery because they are popular and just busy so plan ahead if you want a dreams bed

Excellent service from the shop staff when choosing our bed to customer services when I requested a 30 minute call prior to delivery. The delivery team where brilliant and arrived when they said they would. I also received a call first thing in the morning to confirm delivery and a call as requested 30 mins prior to delivery. Cannot recommend highly enough.

From the staff in the shop to the techno-bed assessment, through to the delivery and aftercare, a great experience.

Very well at the showroom,the young lady was very knowledgeable, and the drivers delivering, again were very good, on with the new and out with the old, great.
