Knowledgeable, polite saleslady in Store; good choice and well laid out store - then speedy delivery by again polite and helpful guys - and product seems really just what was needed - value for money etc. Cant say more - highest praise all round

Everything was great from the moment we arrived at Dreams. Victoria gave us great advice and hen left us alone to make up our minds.
The matress was delivered on time and the delivery mention away our old matress and put the newcome in place. Before leaving we were advised about the aftercare of the matress.

Given a complete solution for a new bed including removing and recycling old bed and mattress and installing new one. Care was taken to find the bed that would be most comfortable with us. Felt the price was fair

Great bed! it is all it claimed to be! Fitters were confident and capable as well as prompt. The mattress is comfortable and sleep inducing. The cat really approves of it as well!

When we ordered our Super King Mattress we were warned there could be trouble carrying it up our stairs and then told maybe we should have two single mattresses which would join at the top, also if we did not like our mattresses we could change it, We paid extra two hundred pounds on the original price. The two mattresses do not join and you have a gap plus the sides are raised, which means you lose 13 inches of flat sleeping. As the Truro store has no model to compare, we would never have bought this, when I phoned Dreams they tried to charge another Two hundred pounds and told me I should give this mattress time. The young lady in the end agreed to replace us with a single mattress. We are now awaiting our original order

From the minute we walked in a lovely lady called Sarah came up to us and instantly we liked her. We had no idea what mattress we wanted. She took us to a couple of beds and it told her what we needed. She showed us a variety of mattresses and explained everything! Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and such a lovely lady. She didn’t rush us either. We now have the new mattress and 2 Temur pillows and we love them.

Good selection, price options, delivery options and delivery service.

I purchased the Tadley mattress and the denim divan really comfortable would highly recommend a bit restless for the first three days but now sleep like a log

Excellent service from the salesman at Dreams who advised us on the choice of bed and mattress. The bed was delivered just before Christmas on the specified date and time by two very friendly and cheerful delivery guys. The bed was carried all the way through the house to the bedroom. I was given full instructions concerning the mattress on how and when to turn it.
