Dreams in Staines
Great experience at Dreams in Staines. Very knowledgeable sales assistant who guided us to the mattress computerised machine which advised us which mattress was most suitable for us and the a smooth process of buying and ordering. Delivery was no fuss and contacted us the day before with a two hour slot for delivery. Would recommend.

A good range of choice of mattresses- however don’t be fooled that more expensive is better - turned out their cheapest one is sooooo comfortable , moulded into it on my first nights sleep & a free protector thrown in !

Very welcoming
I was made to feel very welcome in the store and the assistant understood my needs very quickly. I was impressed with the sleepmatch magic bed which can assess the best mattress for your body shape. The assistant helped me try a range of mattresses until I found my favourite. Very easy and no pressure.

Dreams was a dream
Dreams was a dream! I was apprehensive as it is a big purchase. I went to the store on an off chance but needed a new bed. I had done a lot of research prior to going to the store. The store manager took me through all my options, for what I was looking for and in my price range. I did order that day and bed and mattress was delivered within 6 weeks and installed. I’m now 2 weeks in from sleeping in my new bed & mattress. It is a dream and very happy with my purchase and a big thank you to Harry for helping with making my choice.

Bed delivery
Delivery was fantastic on the correct day and on time. Mattress taking time to get used to but I expected this.
The only improvement I think could be made is I went back to Staines to add mattress disposal and pay but due to this the shop cannot do it without loosing your delivery day slot which was crazy
Please be aware of this if you think of doing any changes to your order
I think Dreams should please look at this
Otherwise I recommend Dreams

Delivery came on time Christmas Eve
Delivery came on time Christmas Eve, along with updates and a call just before team were due to arrive so I was ready for them. The Team were clean, tidy, polite and considerate. Both wore shoe covers so as not to mess my carpet up. Took no more then 30mins to assemble, which I know would have taken us for more time, so worth paying the extra for assembly. To have a bed that no longer creaks and cracks is amazing. Best sleep was had on christmas Eve!

Mattres delivery
They delivered, took the old mattress away and were quick, efficient, polite and professional. The sales lady in store was very accommodating, helpful and professional.
