I had to wait up to 5 months for my order! Although I was informed initially there would be a 12 week wait, that turned into a further 2.5 months.

I think I have said this before, I already had ordered two mattresses of the internet and neither fitted my wife or my needs. So I went to Dreams Southend Branch and was immediately helped by I think his name was Neil who could not have been more helpful, more expert in his subject and also amusing, which helped. Using Dreams modern technology he advised us within seconds what beds would be most appropriate and guess what he was spot on. After trying I think 5 choices both my wife and I chose the first of the choices. A week on from buying we know we and Neil made the right choice. I cannot thank him enough as I am on the waiting list since September 2023 for spinal surgery and this choice of bed has made a huge, huge difference. So thank you Neil

Our experience of Dreams can only be rated as 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 From the welcoming staff in branch to finding the perfect mattress. Easy atmosphere in store and when it came to delivery the delivery men not only phoned to say they were on their way they brought the mattress up stairs and, gave advice on letting the mattress settle before using. Definitely recommend Dreams.
