I bought a Banbury mattress last year and it is really uncomfortable. Gave a review on here and Kishan replied as wasn't happy with my review. He finally agreed to send me a free topper if I would change my review. The topper never arrived. He then apologised and said I could either have some money back or a topper would be sent. Neither has happened. It also takes on average 2 weeks to get an email from him. Absolutely disgusting service!!,

From the moment we stepped into dreams we had time to browse we were not pushed into anything everything we wanted to know they explained in detail very impressive when we ordered every step of the way we were informed and delivered on the time they said it would be.

Very good helpful service when we visited the store delivery was good and arrived in time slot given.

From entering the store to leaving we received a wonderful and friendly service from Lauren.
She showed a great knowledge of the products. We were placed onto the sleepmatch and it found the best match for us both. We also tried two mattresses that were recommended together with the pillows.
During this procedure we were offered several hot drinks which were very welcome.

I found the process of finding a bed very stressful...until I met Natalie.

The team at Solihull are lovely but Natalie comes out on top. She's welcoming, kind and knowledgeable.

She went above and beyond to get me the deal I wanted and was professional and patient throughout. She even stayed beyond her working hours to ensure my order details were correct.

She personifies great customer service.

Knowledgeable and lovely staff in store followed by a friendly delivery team who carried everything for our super king size bed up two flights of stairs and assembled it efficiently!

I recently purchased a mattress from Dreams in Solihull. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They were knowledgeable but not overbearing. They encouraged me to try various mattresses and this made it easier for me to decide.
When it came to delivering my mattress the fabulous service continued. The men kept me informed of delivery date and time and were friendly and professional when they arrived. They arrived just when they said they would they were very careful taking my old mattress out and bringing my new one in and the whole process took round about 10 minutes. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Dreams to anyone they were excellent from ordering to delivering my wonderful new mattress.

Excellent service in store and aftercare on the phone when I contacted them to change the delivery date. Quality product that was delivered as promised when it suited me, with no problems.

Great place

I was sold the perfect bed for me by your lovely lady (assistant manager) can’t remember her name. She was really helpful in every way. My bed is wonderful and I am now sleeping much better. Thank you so very much lovely lady.

On time careful no fuss

The young lady at dreams knew everything about the mattresses and with her expertise we have luckily had 2 great very comfortable mattresses.
I can't believe we didn't do this some time ago!
