Linda said hello & did I require any help. Used the bed for weight posture & sleeping position. Asked me to try different mattresses to see what was comfortable. I decided on a lighter mattress that would be easier for me to turn. Asked if I wanted a drink & Staff very friendly.

Met up with Linda and was also given a…
Met up with Linda and was also given a nice cup of tea. Was asked what type of mattress and I said a medium. She got a pillow and put on on a bed and told to try it out and after a few minutes I asked if she had one a bit firmer so was brought to another bed to try and bingo it was perfect. She asked me a number of times if I was happy and said yes. Was then given a chair at the table completed the deal and left the store. At no time did she put pressure on me and I left the store very happy. Lovely experience Thank you Linda 😊 ☺️
