Great communication at all stages. Friendly staff. The delivery guys even walked our mattress to the house despite having broken down up the road. They then carried two mattresses back which we had paid to have recycled!

The shop service was good and very helpful, The delivery was on time day and hour. The fitting seemed to go well?? Looked good all worked the tilts went up and down and we said our thank you's as the team left. Great. Before we used the bed one last quick inspection. A leg was very tilted on an angle not fitted. Two questions came to mind ring and complain or just fix it so I just fixed it after all they were on time,careful, and considerate but I would inspect closely on completion.

Helpful in store and delivery went without a hitch and with plenty updates.

Really helpful and patient. Real experts in mattresses and been sleeping like baby since we got the new mattress and pillows. My fit bit even reports a much deeper sleep really great. Far superior to buying online- there's too much choice and it's an important purchase - go in store and try it on. Also interest free options were helpful.

Excellent service and staff from start to finish

Very good service in the Salisbury shop. Great attentive knowledgeable staff. At our request, Order delivery delayed a couple of weeks until room ready. Received call and email day before delivery re time . Call in morning as well prior to delivery, 1st stop in morning. Staff polite, tidy and gave information as we didn't pay for assembly.

Had been looking for a king size headboard for ages. Visited Dreams and was asked if we wanted to see the headboards that were in the sale. Couldn’t believe our luck, the exact headboard in the colour we were looking for was there at a fantastic price. Headboard is great quality, delivery was quick and free. Staff member in the store was professional, polite and friendly. Delivery driver was equally professional, polite and friendly and without being asked removed his shoes before entering our property. First time we have purchased from Dreams but definitely won’t be the last.

We went to try out some mattresses. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We did the analysis of what mattress type we needed. Loved this, as we were able to see where we needed the support. Staff were really informative through this.
David was helpful, informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. He couldn’t have been better, excellent service.

Mattress is great although it will not be turnoverable as suggested since it has a different reverse side.
