Attended store for a new bed for my brother who has dementia. On 2 occasions he was dizzy due to the anxiety of being there. The sales assistant was understanding and offered to get him a drink. To make the transition of the new bed arriving easier on my brother we opted for the recycling option. At the end of the sale we were given a green recycling bag for the mattress, I explained my brother wouldn't be able to put the mattress in the bag due to his dementia he would forget. The assistant added a note to the delivery explaining this and that more time may be needed for the delivery as the staff would have to do this. On the day of the delivery I rang my brother to see if he liked his new bed, he was upset and said he didn't know and that his bedroom was full of boxes. The bed was not assembled!!! Not once whilst in store was we told this, if we had known we would have paid for this to be done tomake the transition stress free for my brother! We contacted the store to be told we needed to pay extra for this service, we explained we would have if we had been informed! The man explained it was one of the easiest beds to but together, a few screws and it would be all fine. We explained we wasn't happy so was given the customer service number. We rang this to be told there was a 50 minute queue. Due to the level of anxiety my brother was in we decided to try assembling it ourselves, although I had to leave work unpaid to do this. Over 120 screws and Four and a half hours later the bed was up. I would highly recommend avoiding this company, we were not informed fully despite it being blatantly obvious my brother could not even manage a recycling bag and the assistant knowing we couldn't be there on the delivery date, it still was not explained to us regarding the assembly of the bed. I would have given this a Zero star if it had been an option

When we went in the shop there were no pressure to buy something. We picked out a sofa bed for the spare room. We received free delivery ( which was an added bonus).
The delivery men were pleasant and helpful. The bed came in 2 boxes and they had to take one of the items out of the box for it to fit around the curve of the stairs.
I would greatly recommend Dreams

The staff were very friendly and helpful, really informative about all the mattresses on display. It was an enjoyable experience, and in the end I know I ended buying the right mattress for me.

Well. the staff at dreams store in rotherham make you 100%percent welcome when you go in store are phone up I can confirm that I have. received 100%percent excellent service and the delivery was allso excellent no problems at all .I would recommend any one who is looking for beds pillows quilts mattress protectors and that's a fact

It was so easy with the advise given from the sales staff I was offered coffee and biscuits while we went through the details of my purchase, and together I’m 100% happy with my mattress so much so I can’t wait to go to bed and it’s so hard to leave the comfort in a morning

The staff was amazingly helpful to us to choose the right mattress. And we are really over the moon with it. And they even offered us a hot drink in the store. Excellent customer service will definitely buy another mattress here again in the future

Good value product on time delivery no pushy salesman purchased what we wanted

Excellent customer service and fantastic new bed!!!

Wrong mattress delivered, so we contacted shop where we purchased the bed, who contacted the delivery team and they returned with the correct mattress approximately one and a half hours later.

From the initial entering the shop I knew it would be a good experience.No pushy salespersons here,just a willingness to help me choose correctly.Catherine was friendly, helpful and professional,showing me a machine which helps to determine your posture by lying on it for a few minutes,but although I decided against the mattress the computer chose for me because it was too soft,there was no hard sell but a willingness to show me other options and left me to try others on my own.I picked one out,she answered any questions I had,and we sorted out the paperwork,job done!......and the mattress came on time with regular updates on delivery and is perfect for me,why can't all shops be like this one,and by the way I am not a relative and this is a genuine review so get yourselves down to Dreams at Great Eastern Retail Park, Rotherham!!
