I recently purchased a mattress in store that was delivered 6 days ago, that has remained in the original packaging in my hallway and we decided that we wanted to return the mattress, only to be told that as we had purchased the mattress in store rather than online, we have no right to return it!! So, if we had purchased the mattress online, we would have had 14 days from the date of delivery to return the mattress, but if you purchase in store, BEWARE, they will not allow you to return full stop! I think it is an absolute disgrace and I’m not even sure how that is allowed, or what has happened to my consumer rights - this was also not disclosed to me at the time of purchasing the mattress. Scammers! Now stuck with a £1,500 mattress that we don’t want or need!

Ordered new bed from store in Orpington staff very friendly bed delivered within the two hour time slot phoned to say that I was the next one both staff had over shoes (no footprints on the carpet )bed taken to the bedroom and out within five minutes and very happy would recommend you to anyone getting a new bed.

Lovely experience
The welcoming as we walked into the Dreams Branch at Sevenoaks way by Natasha was already a perfect way to start our new bed hunt!
Comfort was our priority and after a long time with our previous bed, we needed some good advice.
Natasha recommended the Bed machine which calculates the best mattress style for your requirements. Side sleeper etc etc.
The Tempur range was the best option for us and we instantly felt comfortable with a specific bed and decided to opt for an ottoman base for storage.
The process was straightforward and lovely to have the 0 percent interest for purchase.
I definitely recommend Dreams for bed purchase. Pillow also.

Really nice store, lots of mattresses to choose from, explained the difference of mattress and also did the mattress test to find out which one was best suited . Excellent customer service, really happy with this store would not hesitate to buy again from this store.

Best beds, competitively priced
Was honestly always on the fence about the big bed stores. Always thought d2c was the way to go. 100hrs of googling and reddit searches, and I think Dreams has the best price-quality ratio. Really great offering and I highly recommend

Great experience at Dreams
Great experience at Dreams. I didn't know where to start with a new mattress. The use a machine to analyse your sleeping patterns and recommend what would be suitable. The salesman was very helpful and listened to what I was looking for. Once I'd decided what I wanted I had a delivery date within 2 weeks.
