Purchase of mattress ans accessories
We have just purchased a mattress and pillows from the Nene Valley Retail Park store and want to say how amazing Bergit was….. she was friendly, knowledgeable and is an absolutely credit to your company. We did look at a competitor where the mattresses were slightly less expensive however went back to Dreams primarily due to the customer service experience with Bergit

All amazing
Great experience in the store, we tried the mattress simulator or whatever you call it. It has chosen the best mattress for us and now we sleep like babies.

The beds are great
The beds are great, as are the delivery and assebly services. The only thing that could be improved is their online ordering system, quite glitchy. But just remember you are buying beds, not some cloud computing resource.

Lovely service!
Berg was incredible! She was so friendly, helpful and knowledgable! I walked in not sure of what I wanted, and walked out extremely happy with my purchase! Very excited for my mattress to arrive, and the Tempur cool touch pillows are phenomenal!

Fabulous ordering and delivery experience 👏
Fabulous ordering and delivery experience with Dreams. We had ordered 2 lovely single beds for our grandchildren to use when they come and visit us. We have recently moved house and although we placed the order well in advance of the move date, the Dreams team were really helpful with our delivery date.
Kingsley and Aiden, our delivery drivers, put shoe protectors on to look after our new carpet and took the packages up the two flights of stairs to the bedroom. They were professional and polite and rounded off our Dreams experience nicely.
The beds are fabulous! Thank you Dreams Team.

Charlie in the Northampton store was very friendly and gave us lots of information,the mattress was delivered the next week and we received a text to tell us what two hour time slot we had been allocated.The mattress was delivered by Jonathan and Antony who were also very friendly and informative.

Sleepmatch tech to find your perfect mattress
Found a lovely ottoman style base and mattress from your Northampton branch today which is being delivered to us in a few days. Very happy with the variety offered and the sleepmatch to find the perfect mattress. Clean store and offered a pillow to try the mattresses. Salesman was Gary - very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Greeted us as soon as we came in the door. We were offered a drink which was nice on such a hot day. Looking forward to the bed arriving this week.

The young lady was excellent at the Dreams shop in Northampton she guided an 81 yr old Lady through all the modern ways of buying a bed. The bed I bought is comfortable and right for me. Delivered as and when promised put together old beds and packing taken away

I wanted a high based bed and a very firm mattress.
