Went into the showroom in Macclesfield nothing was too much trouble. Purchased a Tempur Air Plus Smart Cool mattress and it’s just heavenly. My twin sister is also looking for a new mattress and I have recommended the one I have got to her

Went instore to buy a new bed for the house. A great experience in the Macclesfield branch, the tempur soft is great. Problem is that we ended up buying a mattress that's too heavy for our ottoman. I do wish we were warned of this before paying £2200 on a mattress and frame instore. We're going to have to buy a new frame at some point because the ottoman falls down/doesn't stay up

In & out in around half an hour. That's with my young son trying every bed. Bed & mattress ordered in no time at all

The customer service at Dreams in Macclesfield was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble the different mattresses were explained with no hurry to make a decision.
The delivery was on time and the men really polite and helpful.
I would certainly recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying a new mattress or bed.

Stephen was always there to give information we needed but stepped back to give us time to decide on firmness of mattress suitable to us. He gave us the best possible price to decide whether to purchase without hovering or heavy handed sales pressure. 5*

I happy with my new bed from dreams Richard and his team was very polite and well spoken got me the best deal on my small double ottoman Bed and mattress with 5 /7 year product garantee if anything messes up they got me covered all in price of £467 including delivered 2 ur room FYI i had to build the bed myself with help of my friend .
Anyways im very happy with my purchase no more single bred (bed)
