I went with my parents to buy a new mattress for them and Aisha was very helpful throughout the whole process. We were looking at orthopaedic mattresses, Aisha’s knowledge and customer service skills were excellent, she explained the pros of each item and what would be best suited for my parents. She did not rush, and took her time to view and try different options while listening attentively to my parents’ concerns and wishes. We left feeling satisfied and happy with our purchase.

The sales lady was attentive and keen that we found the mattress we found most comfortable. There was no
Pressure to buy, just a friendly relaxed atmosphere and we were offered a nice hot drink. Payment options were explained well to us, again with no pressure to take out credit or insurance.

Helpful staff amrit put my mum on the mattress tests selector and while we made a decision we were given a coffee.thenwe were shown a selection of beds within our budget,we picked the best for my mum and arranged delivery

The mattress seems firmly than I thought for atleast 6-8 hours sleep. I requested for a refund of purchase as it is not even up to 10 days of purchase with even opening the nylon of the items but it was declined both in store and online. I felt devasted as I wanted to use the money to purchase other financial needs and get another mattress when it is sales again. I was unhappy with the non refund policy even for any items unused.

Awesome staff member listened to our needs, I laid down on the tester which specified the right mattress I needed to ease my hip and knee ache when lying down. I got the perfect size double bed at a lovely value price which was delivered on time and I am now sleeping much more comfortably with very little ache on my hip and knee. I also have more space in my bedroom having replaced my old bed with the one I bought from dreams.

The bed and mattress are absolutely perfect, really comfortable.

But I definitely Don’t agree with the cost of the delivery service,having 2 men taking my new bed upstairs and connecting the two pieces together for the base of the bed and basically simply just laying the mattress on top of it.

It took them less than 10 minutes to do that & also when I respectfully asked if they could attach the headboard to the base of my new bed, they categorically refused.

Very poor customer care and support.

I’m disabled and elderly.

My wife and I went into the Leicester store to find a new mattress and we were met by Jasdeep he was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and he showed us the sleep match bed which was very interesting to use as it scanned us lying on our back then scanned us in the position how we normally sleep. Then it chooses which mattress suits you best for you to try , he then encouraged us to try the other mattress’s that were on the list and we found a great one thank to Jasdeep and the other staff at Dreams of Leicester thank you for your help. I made a mistake of ordering the wrong size so when I got home and measured my bed and realised I had ordered the wrong size (to big ) I rang the store and they were very happy to help me make the alterations to get the correct size . I’m very happy with our interaction with the staff thank you very much
