Great experience from start to finish

Staff welcoming, drink offered, knowledgeable about products. A very pleasant experience. The second time I have been to my local Dreams to purchase a new mattress.

We purchased a king size pocket sprung mattress with help from Wendy at the Store who is very knowledgeable. The delivery men were also excellent - friendly, polite and put the mattress exactly where we asked them to. We received a very good service from Dreams and would highly recommend them as we are very pleased with our new, comfortable mattress.

Very happy with my recent experience at Dreams in Leamington Spa. Sales consultant was fantastic and paid close attention to what I was looking for (I think her name was Wendy). Great options suggested by the machine and the consultant spent lots of time making sure I didn't feel rushed into making a decision.

When I ordered the mattress I was told what day it would be delivered. Delivery occurred as arranged . I am very happy with the mattress.

What a truly wonderful experience when buying our bed from dreams.
We have had our new bed a month now. I wasn’t going to comment on it until we had time to given the bed a few weeks trial period . I can now honestly say that the bed has been fantastically comfortable and perfect in every way, thanks due mainly to Rosie at Leamington branch for her product knowledge and experience. My wife and I who are both pensioners with aches and pains, agree that our sleep 💤 has vastly improved and we really do wake up refreshed in a morning.

I also like to thank the delivery drivers who brought and built the bed and took the old one away.They were lovely friendly and helpful.

Insurance for mattress was a scam, My claim was rejected stating there are multiple stains. When all these were from an incident where my child was sick for a week

I was sent the incorrect mattress , on 6th Sept I visted leam spa show room on the 7 Sept to advise I have a back injury and my old bed had been taken away for new one which I am unable to
Use ! The salesman advised me that I would be getting the mattress that I ordered on 18 th this confirmation is on my phone as voice message I telephone the branch two days later as was told my the same salesman that it was the 28 th ! I advised him that I am on holiday it’s date is now 8 October and I don’t have a bed !! Stay at friends hse !

The experience was great and was made easy because the sales person Wendy was attentive .
She listened to what type of bed and mattress we wanted. She showed and followed us around as we tried different mattresses, she also answered all our questions.

Great experience purchasing our new bed frame and mattress! The staff were very helpful and even offered us a hot drink.

From my first visit to your Leamington store, I was treated with respect and patience.
Once I placed the order , the service was excellent.
The delivery personnel, were polite and friendly.
The bed is amazing , due to redecorating, I have only spent a couple of nights on the bed. I am enjoying the best nights sleep I’ve had for a very long time . I actually slept in in. and way past my normal waking up time.
