Dreamy Dreams
I visited the Lancaster Dreams store just to see what type of Mattresses were available as I did need a replacement for my old one. Ian served me and was very knowledgeable about all the products and explained, showed me the difference in all the various sprung mattresses available, including the memory foam. I prefer a more natural sprung mattress and I found the ideal one in the Hudson range. Ian took the order and gave me all the info I needed.
His after sales service has also been very good as I rang the store due a couple of faults I found on unpacking the mattress. He connected me Customer Services and said I had issues or difficulties getting through to let him know. I booked a successful recall and delivery of new Hudson in a weeks time. 5 star service all round. Glad I chose Dreams.

Great experience.
Been pestering my OH for a new mattress for ages, he finally said we should go and get one. Went to Lancaster store which was very presentable, staff were busy when we arrived but were quick to come to our assistance.
Anita showed us to the sleep match machine which showed us the different mattresses which would be suitable. It was strange laying on the bed in the middle of a busy shop whilst it did it's thing!
We were then given pillows and paper towel and shown various types of mattresses. Anita was in no way pushing us into buying anything and we were left alone to try things.
We decided on a half and half mattress as it will suit us best. We paid a reasonable amount but the prices seemed fair compared to other places.
Anita also explained about delivery and guarantee. We will wait 4 weeks for delivery.
Overall a really pleasant experience will definitely recommend.

Great service in Dreams Lancaster
My partner and I were looking for a king-size bed at the Lancaster store, and were pretty clueless about what kind of mattress what would be best for our needs (e.g. boyfriend has lower back problems). Lauren was ready to assist, and we learnt later that she was new to the team. We would never have guessed, as she was very knowledgeable about the products. The manager of the store also chatted to us (we didn’t catch her name, sorry!), and she was also very friendly and approachable. As a pair of mattress novices, we left feeling confident about our choice of bed and happy with our order. Thank you, Team Dreams Lancaster! :)
