Danielle at the Knaresborough branch was an absolute delight to have help us with purchasing our new mattress and bed. She approached us in a friendly and timely manner (didn't jump down our throats as soon as we came through the door), took us through the bed match machine and helped us try out different mattresses based on our results. She was knowledgeable, not too pushy but described the different options available to us and kept us at ease throughout the entire visit. A credit to the store.

The shop assistant at the Knaresborough branch couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable sorting out what was the best mattress for us. She also wasn’t pushy and was quite happy that we came home to think about it and buy online. Great service.
