Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. Given plenty time to look around. Then given plenty of advice on the different mattresses. After deciding on our preferred mattress. Given plenty time to select a suitable base. Don’t think there is much that could be done to make the shop any better.

Sean was fab!
Great service from Sean within the Kirkcaldy store. When we went looking for our new mattress we went too sure what we were after. Sean advised us to try out the bed that tells us what is best suited for us and then we went looked and trying them all out. We had a think about which was going to be best for us and went back a few weeks later and placed our order. We are so happy with our new mattress and would definitely recommend the service we received from Sean.

Down to earth service
We met Aaron in the store who allowed us to look around without any pressure, we told him what we were looking for and he patiently gave us some helpful suggestions. He went out of his way to solve any problems. We would certainly go back there and also recommend the store and staff to our friends. Grieve family

My wife and I both agreed that the salesman in Kirkcaldy was very friendly and knowledgeable (Aaron) we tried about six different mattresses and the one we picked was excellent and affordable he also checked our hight and weight then had a complementary coffee (nice) The delivery date and time was spot on with two very friendly employees , Thanks .

Extremely friendly and helpful service
We were very pleasantly surprised by the service we received in Dreams while looking for a mattress. The assistant, Aaron, was extremely friendly and helpful, without ever being pushy and the mattress selection machine was an interesting and helpful experience. Thanks to Aaron's assistance we found what we think is the perfect mattress at a reasonable price.

Whilst the delivery of our goods was faultless the comfort factor of the Matress has let us down.
When we tried out various mattresses in store to get one which felt right, we thought we had. However, whilst I myself can get a fairly good night's sleep my partner is very restless. She finds the Matress far too firm and just can't get comfy and ends up going to the spare bed to get a night's sleep. The situation is not ideal and as we have only had the bed for over a week, we are a long way off our 100 nights before we can exchange the Matress if we are not satisfied with the comfort factor.
Its a big shame because we thought we were picking a good product based on the technology used to generate our ideal Matress.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry to hear that you have not been getting on with your new mattress. It is not uncommon for a brand new mattress to feel firmer at first, but with a little time it should start to soften and settle.
Whilst the comfort guarantee lasts for 100 nights, you only need to try out the mattress first for 30 nights before arranging an exchange.
I tried calling you to discuss this further but unfortunately I was unable to get through. I have sent you an email and look forward to hearing back from you.
