We had an outstanding experience at Dreams King's Lynn. From the moment we walked in, Lucie made us feel welcome by offering us refreshments and taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for.

She patiently guided us through the wide range of mattresses, explaining the differences between each one and helping us find the best option to suit our needs. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured, and her knowledge and professionalism made the whole experience enjoyable.

Lucie also took us through the payment process, clearly explaining every step, the finance options available, and the delivery choices to ensure our mattress would arrive safely.

A special thank you to Kieth as well, who was friendly, welcoming, and equally helpful throughout on our previous visit.

We've visited several Dreams stores, and it's fair to say that the customer service at Dreams King's Lynn has been the best by far. The team went above and beyond to make our experience a positive one, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Easy online ordering. Delivery on time. The delivery guys phoned when they were on their way to me . As it was a heavy , electric adjustable bed I opted for the assembly service which the guy did quickly . They cleared up and left everything clean and tidy .They were very polite and professional

Definitely worth making the trip to try before you buy and order in store, rather than online, to take advantage of any additional special discounts. We can’t recommend them enough.

Dream did what it said on the tin !!!

We were advised to look for a firm mattress to help with our back problems and the TheraPur ActiGel® Polar 2800 Combination Mattress is extremely comfortable with no Aches and pains when we get up.

From purchase to delivery everything went smoothly and all deliveries were on time.

The delivery service was excellent both for the four draw divan and mattress that arrive as agreed separately with staff being very courteous and helpful.

On arrival a young dark haired lady Sadie I think, welcomed us and offered refreshments and was allowing us to browse and stated she was available for any questions about the products then this guy Andy came over and started going on about perfect match or something. Found this a bit overwhelming and confused as to who should have been dealing with us. Seemed like he wanted to steal us away which we have never come across anywhere else from a salesperson obviously trying to get us to buy and get commission. This seems an outdated approach however not to be rude we politely allowed him to continue but left and drove to Bensons Beds at Peterborough instead. Genuinely feel sorry for the young lady whom we would’ve been happy to deal with.
