We tried out our beds in store and the help and assistance giving to us was amazing. Then delivery was a dream! On time, friendly and very professional. Love that they take away all the wrapping, helped with assembly and just in general were nice people. We have had 2 weeks of wonderful comfortable sleep on our Dreams beds. Thank you.

Excellent service from our entry to the shop to receiving our complete bed. Nothing has been too much trouble & made our first experience of buying on the high street very enjoyable indeed. Will and have already recommended them to all 😊👌🏼

Great service, very polite and attentive, and listened to our needs and requirements.

Adam at the Horsham branch and his colleague Ben treated me very well and were patient with my indecisive nature. In the end I was very happy with the purchase I made.

I was given a lot of time and freedom in the shop to lie on and try any of the beds I wanted to. Ben, in Horsham outlet, even got me a pillow similar to the one I use so I could try them out in a similar sleeping situation as at home.

I ordered a bed I was pleased with. The process was easy and smooth.

The delivery was excellent. Polite friendly and helpful. When they had gone I worried that the incorrect mattress had been delivered so I phoned the shop and they reassured me that it was the correct one but that if I had any problems with it I could exchange it within a certain time frame.

Greatly reassured I went to bed that night and had the best nights sleep for years. Blissfully comfortable. A mixture of softness, firmness and supportiveness.

(I bought the Tempur Sensation Elite, and highly recommend it.)

I had a great experience with Dreams. I was given time in store to lay on the beds to find what I liked. The delivery slots were versatile and I got plenty of alerts about delivery. The only thing I’d say about delivery is that as the mattesses were large and heavy, it would’ve been helpful if you’d upwrapped them and put them on the beds rather than just in the room.

Great experience. Received a phone call before delivery to let me know what time they would be arriving. Gave me details about the mattress i had ordered and what I should do to keep the longevity (flipping it over after the first week etc). Really helpful and great service.

We went in search of a mattress and the lady in Horsham store (NZ) accent was extremely helpful and we chose an inexpensive quality mattress that my daughter loves.
The delivery guys Steve and Graham were absolutely brilliant. They stayed in contact before arrival and even arranged an earlier slot so reducing waiting-in time. They wore covers for their shoes and removed them when going outside and back in again!
But even more amazingly Steve replaced and fitted some bed slats that were missing on my daughter’s bed frame completely spontaneously and foc!! Can’t thank them enough. It has made such a difference.
Sincerely commend dreams and especially these delivery guys to you.

Great service by the staff, we used their new sleep assessment unit which told us exactly what type of mattress would be best for us. There was no pressure from the staff to purchase but we found exactly what we needed in store. 1 week delivery time for a mattress and bed frame. Ideal, highly recommend

Recently ordered a bed frame and mattress from Dreams.
Very impressed with the company. We we able to choose a delivery date, less than 2 weeks after purchase. Communication from Dreams was excellent. Both bed frame and mattress were delivered on time.

Delivery guys were excellent. One took his shoes off and the other put shoe covers on. All boxes and mattress were taken upstairs for me.

The bed frame was easy to assemble, with clear instructions.

We had a great in store experience: enjoyable, informative and relaxed. We were given the right amount of guidance to pick a mattress and base that was perfect for us without any pressure during the process. The delivery team were equally friendly and competent with great communication about when they would arrive and efficient assembly of our new bed.

Visited Horsham Store on Sunday 2nd January. The store was inviting and fairly empty. Kerryn approached me with a friendly smile and offered to help choose my bed and headboard.
