Met a wonderful woman called sue, she was approachable, helpful and all round lovely. Great customer service but very down to earth highly recommend anyone going in to ask for sue! What a lovely experience today!

The salesman was very helpful when I explained my back problems. Took his time to explain after using comfort machine.

From walking into the Dreams store at Gateshead Metro, I was treated really well with every detail explained to me step by step. Loved the idea of mix and match when purchasing my new bed. Coffee was offered, thankyou. Guys delivering my bed were brilliant, taking my old bed away and constructing my new bed, their shoes always had covers on. After sleeping on my bed now for just under two weeks, I have to say I'm really impressed with the quality of this bed, so comfortable. Without a doubt when needing a new bed I would not go anywhere else. Thankyou Dreams 👍.

Very comfortable mattress and pillows.

From walking in the store we had a lot of help. We were giving lots of options and plenty of time to try all the beds without feeling pressured. The mattress was delivered on a day of our choice. The delivery guys were lovely and kept me up to speed about what time they’d be with me.

The whole process from purchase to delivery and set up of the bed was very efficient with friendly knowledgeable staff.

Once again, another amazing experience purchasing a mattress from Dreams. Neil at the Metro Centre store manages by leading by example and Amanda is a star. The after care is faultless too. Fantastic service, great prices - why bother wasting your time shopping around? Highly recommend.

Further to this i cant belive I actually got a phone call thinking this was serious. The lack of common sense in this world if hilarious. It's even funnier when the guy phoning had to be so professional 🤣 I csnt belive ur boss made u phone me. This is very very funny.
