The salesman was helpful, but the product is not good
after spending over 2,000 on a Tempur mattress,
So we don't get pressure points.
We have the same again.
We are so disappointed.
We should have ordered it directly from Tempur,
In which case we could get a refund,
with night mare beds, they will exchange it for as before a used mattress.

A perfect experience!
From the moment we walked in to the store nothing was too much trouble for Aaron and we came away knowing the mattress we had selected would be just what we wanted. Delivery could have been sooner than the actual date agreed but that was because we weren't going to be available on the day suggested. All in all a very satisfactory shopping experience.

Exeter Dreams: a good experience
Bought a new mattress in their Exeter (Alphington) store in January sales, so good value! Store staff were friendly and cheerful as well as knowledgeable. I came in twice to try out various mattresses, and finally ordered one which I’m happy with. Nice to buy something without feeling pressured or rushed.

We can’t recommend Dreams enough for…
We can’t recommend Dreams enough for finding us our perfect bed! This is the most comfortable bed we have ever had and we now wake fully rested with all the aches and pains from our previous beds vanished!! Go to Dreams for your bed - you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent experience with dreams.
I thought the staff were very helpful and know a lot about the products they sell. We love my new bed and mattress. We upgraded from a double to a super king which is amazing in the size to the sound system built into the bed (tv comes with the bed). Even the installation of our bed to be made up was easy (we didn’t lift a finger) and they took all the rubbish and our old bed/mattress away.

Went to Exeter store to see selection of beds I'd earmarked. Ended up buying a different, more expensive one. The Jenkins ottoman super king. It's fabulous. Appears so well made, really comfortable, and great shade of fabric. I love going to bed 🛏️😁.
We also bought the Brookfield mattress which is excellent. Ended up buying a 2nd smaller mattress for our spare room.
Can't fault the service received. Delivery chaps were really customer focused.

Jackie was incredibly helpful and friendly when we bought our bed. Her knowledge was so great and she helped us pick the right bed for us. Fantastic service. The delivery team were also amazing. Called ahead, delivered when they said and took great care when handling the boxes

Excellent in-Store Customer Service
Excellent in-Store Customer Service. I Needed a Premium Adjustable Tempur Bed. Buying the right one is not possible online. Definitely recommend Going to a Master Store where you can try out and get 1-2-1 face-to-face specialist advice especially when spending alot of money. Exeter is a Master Store that has good parking and easy access with trained staff to make sure you make the correct choice as eveyone is different! Also going in Store you get a better deal. So 5 star for Dreams
