My wife and I waited for more than…
My wife and I waited for more than twenty minutes and no one came to help us. I went to a man sitting at the desk and said I need help. He told me to wait five minutes. Then two customers came and he served them while explaining to them and wanted them to buy from him. I was just helping to pay the money and he didn’t come. I called him and he waved his hand at me, which made me very angry and sad because he left me and went to someone else, knowing that I was waiting before them.

Good showroom with wide range of stock on display; good price compared with other retailers; swift and efficient delivery; friendly salesman not at all pushy and gave good advice; cheerful delivery staff assembled product quickly and tidied up, removing all packaging.

Great service
Great professional service from the moment we walked through the store door. Staff, in particular Stewart who dealt with us, were so knowledgeable and friendly. We didn’t feel pressured, just informed properly. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience, and customer service from Dreams
Great experience from start to finish. Service in store was great, no pressure but lots of help and advice to get the mattress we needed and still in our price range. Delivery exactly as booked, with great communication in advance of the delivery. This is about the 5th purchase from Dreams and their customer service is one of the reasons we keep going back.

New Matress
The level of service throughout the whole process was excellent. Thanks to Tommy, the very personable and professional sales guy, we now have the perfect mattress and pillows for a great sleep. Delivered on time assured.

While disappointed that part of base…
While disappointed that part of base did not met quality control, ie no hole for 'feet'. Contact with delivery drivers led to immediate action to replace. Now have delivery date. Await.

Delivery on schedule and kept informed on a regular basis throughout the day. Quick and efficient construction of bed and furniture and all debris taken away. Pleasure to deal with everyone involved

Great 1st visit
Great 1st visit. Staff helpful but not pushy. Selected a bed and mattress which were delivered on the due date. The delivery guys kept me informed throughout and were courteous and friendly when delivering the bed. Wore shoe protectors which I appreciated.
