Brilliant from start to finish love the bed & matress

Would definitely recommend Dreams from customer service up to the point of delivery. The delivery guys brought it to my room of choice as advertised and were so respectful even taking off their shoes before they entered the property. Keep it up!

My daughter was served extremely politely, asked if we would like a coffee, the staff were very patient whilst daughter decided and they also explained the variation of each bed my daughter enquired about.
My daughter hasn't slept in her own bed for 7 yrs, due to being in a hospital bed, now she is sleeping peacefully at long last.
So, thank you to you and your staff ❤️

Very friendly & patient team in the store whilst we made up our minds. I was rung in the morning of the delivery to confirm my time slot in addition to being emailed in advance.The drivers were very professional and had my bed assembled in no time. They explained about reassembling the bed should I need to move the it. All the rubbish was removed.All in all a very good experience.

The top range Tempure mattress is second to none.

Went to Dreams, Croydon branch today and was met by Calvin. We explained that we wanted to renew our mattress and Calvin put us on a bed that tested what type of mattress we would need. He then showed us an array of mattresses that would suit our needs and happily let us spend as long as we liked trying them all out telling us the pros and cons of each mattress. We immediately felt there was no pressurised sales pitch. Calvin was genuinely ensuring that, if we did buy a mattress, we got the one best suited to our needs. We were so impressed with the quality of service from Calvin that we had no hesitation in buying our mattress from Dreams and we also decided to buy a bed frame as well

The men who delivered the bed were very curtious and polite. Did a very good job of taking the old bed away and assembling the new one. Took all the rubbish away as well. Very nice people.
