Mattress much too hard. Supposed to be medium.
My daughter has scoliois (curvature of the spine} and needs to find a suitable mattress. She found a mattress in store which was perfect so we ordered it. When it arrived it was so hard that even I found it too hard. I think that the man that ordered it had ordered the wrong mattress.
Dreams are refusing to refund and will only do an exchange which means going back to the store to try more. She also has autism and anxiety and does not like leaving the house. Customer services were no help.

Fantastic service from the moment we walked into the showroom to the delivery and assembly of the bed. First class. Can’t say how pleased we are with the whole process. The sales man (Michael Day) was best in class. Looked after us explained everything so clearly. Perfect perfect perfect. Went back again recently and again spoke with Michael Day and purchased a tempur mattress. The delivery men are so pleasant friendly and respectful they also deserve a medal 🎖️

We're were helped by a lovely guy…
We're were helped by a lovely guy called Deryck, not too pushy, but advised us well. Another salesperson saved us money by advising on a particular mattress. Great selection. Delivery was on time and again two lovely guys did the delivery and collection of our old mattress.

Dreams was very professional
Dreams was very professional and thorough, And put my at ease when asking questions. They stuck to there word and got the delivery guys round on time, there communication was good with reminders by text. And as for my new mattress it’s lovely and secure, comfortable with enough spring in it to be comfortable but steady and secure at the same time
