Our salesman Sam was very helpful without being pushy and although we eventually selected a mattress above our budget it was the right one for us. Very happy with the mattress and the delivery service. Communication was good and delivery was on time as predicted. A little peeved being asked to pay extra for a guarantee considering the price of the item so we declined that offer.

Nice welcome as we entered the shop, no pressure selling, gave us some options that we could try once we had laid on the scanner bed.

Fantastic advice and customer service at Dreams in Chippenham, highly satisfied with our choice. We had to return a medium firm Tempur mattress which was to firm and without any problems we received a soft Tempur. The best mattress ever and not to forget, the delivery team is brilliant as well.
Before we bought a mattress from Bensons with a fault but they didn’t take it back as sagging is considered as tolerance and we had to chuck it away after 6 month (1000£ worth).

From start to finish dealing with the dreams team in store I was made to feel the staff were very informed of the products and they made sure I got the mattress that was suitable and best for me .The team who delivered a few weeks later were also on time and very efficient.i can honestly say it's the best mattress I've ever had it's extremely comfortable,it was worth spending the money for me to get a good night sleep and knowing it will last for many years.

Buying my new bed was a good experience from end to end. Very good service in the store with great help in the selection process. The delivery was good, on time, good communication on the day with very helpful delivery men. Full marks all round

Delivery made as originally stated, kept informed prior to delivery. The guys were very helpful and timely. Everything went as I hoped it would. My purchases were all good and shop staff also knowledgeable and helpful. Great service all round, thank you.

Helpful staff and a very comfortable product

Great service and product. Delivery driver on time and very happy & helpful.

Showroom staff were great. Delivery men were very picky about bringing the bed up to our bedroom (though they eventually did). My wife likes the comfort of the mattress, I am less enthusiastic.

PS pleasant follow-up phonecall which resolved the issues amicably.
