Our perfect Dream bed
From the minute we walked through the door to our dream bed being delivered, and installed into our bedroom the whole experience has been perfect. The staff were professional, very knowledgeable and found the best price to meet our needs. I would 100% recommend Dreams in Chester and will return to buy a second bed in the near future.

Colleen is amazing. Very friendly. We tried many mattress even offered us a pillow so we could lie on the mattress properly. The coffee was a lovely touch while Colleen inputed everything on the computer. A very knowledgeable lady. 5⭐️ for Colleen.

Perfect from start to finish
Perfect from start to finish. Colleen at Chester Dreams was very patient and helpful for my needs (i have multiple sclerosis) The delivery team Cristian and his assistant were courteous, used shoe covers etc. All things considered, i don’t know where the service could improve. The matress itself is comfortable, i don’t know if it’s perfect for me entirely but my wife has never slept better. To qualify this, when I’m not great, even creases in the sheets can trigger nerve pain etc do nothing is going to be perfect all of the time.
