Dreams - Chester Reviews 

We visited the Greyhound Branch and was assisted by Jane. What a lovely, helpful lady. She had great product knowledge and she was not pushy at all. We laid on the scanner bed and it gave us some options. We took a while to decide, but we made a great decision and now sleep much better than before. Many thanks Jane and Dreams.

Great friendly and knowledgeable service and really helpful. The assistant in the shop covered everything I needed to know and went out of her way to accommodate the delivery.
The delivery drivers contacted me first thing in the morning to confirm the delivery time. When they got here they took my mattress upstairs without question, even though I didn't request it to be taken upstairs. Great service!

Excellent service is purchasing a double and single tv beds.

We had an outstanding experience in the Chester showroom today. We were welcomed by Jane. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We did the Sleepmatch testing to work out the best mattress for us then we were given time to try them out. We left after about an hour to go and check other shops after being offered a coffee. We went to 3 other places and nowhere came even close to the service or product quality so we went back and picked our Sleepezee Regency Kennington bed. Thanks so much to Jane for EXCELLENT service and we are looking forward to our new bed arriving soon.

Service in the Chester store by Jane was excellent. Followed by 2 really helpful delivery men.

My son is very happy with his new bed and has even had the seal of approval from his current girlfriend! Enough said!

Purchased with the understanding we could swap if we found it uncomfortable. At no point did staff mention a 30 day wait to do so or the £100 exchange fee we'd have to pay.

In addition, when I left this review after they automatically sent me a request to review the purchase, they rejected the review.

The sales lady was great. She took me through the whole process from working out the best firmness for me, then took my preferences into account and suggested some mattresses.
I never felt rushed or a nuisance.

From the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted by Jane who offered us the sleepmatch machine to confirm the best mattress for us. She was very knowledgeable and professional. After her advice we chose a complete package and passed us on to James who was very pleasant and efficient. A cup of coffee went down well and we look forward to using our new bed. Thank you Jane and James. Our experience well exceeded our expectations.

Enjoyed using the sleep mattress to find out what was suitable for us. We tried several different types of mattress, majority very comfortable but hopefully we have narrowed it down to our perfect one.

I had an excellent experience buying my first bed at the Greyhound retail park in Chester. I was served by Michelle, who couldn't have been more knowledgable or attentive. Her customer service was excellent and I didn't feel pressured in anyway. She genuinely cared that I found the right bed for me. Delivery was also excellent and on time.

Excellent as it’s just for me now . So comfortable .The lady who helped me choose was really helpful and nice. So would definitely shop there again
