Had not previously used or even knew about Dreams but needing to replace a guest bed, researched internet for local bed stores. Dreams found along with 4 others.
Dreams was third to be visited and did not have a Guest bed on show but the person on duty understood exactly quality and detail of what wanted, fully shown on PC and explained about delivery. After visiting all stores found, no question that the Dreams store was interested in the customer and certainly deserved the business.
Rang store back and placed order, paper work was perfect, and delivery well before possible 4 weeks mentioned.
Good old fashioned sevice seldom found nowadays. Highly reccomend
Could not be more satisfied, and diffedrence between reception at Dreams compared to one other well known store was "Chalk and Cheese "

Received a warm welcome from Kyle at the Carlisle beach of Dreams
We were offered three different mattresses according to our requirements.
It took us ages to make a decision but Kyle was very patient and offered un -biased advice
We made our decision and Kyle took us through the payment and delivery arrangements.
He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable but without being annoyingly so. We were never made to feel rushed or pressurised to make a purchase
The delivery was first class. We had a rough idea when to expect delivery, the driver rang to inform us he was 40 minutes away. One of the men came inside to check access. The two men were very polite, took off their shoes and very efficient. They managed to get a very heavy mattress up twisty cottage stairs, with low ceilings and not much room to manoeuvre all without a hitch.
Very very pleased with the mattress. Although expensive it is worth every penny. It has given us both good nights sleep since it’s arrival. No more being woken up by back pain for me.
I can’t rate this whole experience highly enough.

When we arrive at dream beds we were greeted by the sales lady who was really nice to meet and discuss what type of bed we were after then gave us all the information we needed to know about the sleeping patterns for the beds.the delivery was delivered on the delivery date and time,the delivery men were polite and kept to the COVID guidelines,a credit to your company.top men👍

We recently visited the Carlisle store to get our first ever good quality mattress that hadn’t previously been passed down the family and we were completely clueless but Kyle was very knowledgeable and took his time with us, listening to our wants and needs and very patient with the amount of time we spent in store trying and retrying all the mattresses. We both suffer back problems with our jobs and we’re delighted to have found such a comfy mattress. What a lovely guy, great service and fab mattress! Defiantly visit again

Massive thank you to Kyle in the Carlisle Dreams store who made our first experience of buying a mattress seamless. From the minute we entered the store, Kyle was on hand to support and answer any questions, and even offer us a hot drink! We never felt pushed into a purchase and Kyle was very knowledgeable for any questions we had. The sleep machine was great to see what kind of mattress would be best suited to us, and Kyle then showed us a range of mattresses of different prices and styles. Best customer service we’ve had in a long time and will definitely be recommending to friends and family! Thanks

We were recently in dreams Carlisle for a new bed. We were pleasantly surprised by our salesperson Lauren… she was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was any problem…it made our experience in buying a mattress easier than I thought it would be.

Visited the Carlisle store late afternoon, greeted by Robert and very efficiently taken through the process of finding the right bed for ourselves. Plenty time given to try beds out and absolutely no pressure to decide, settled on a full new bed package as was our intention, show the benefits of the different comfort levels available and the many different types, after trying several options, went above budget, by choice, and went for a really good mattress, should be well worth it as we are getting older and sleep is so important, compromised on the base a bit but no regrets! Great coffee as well! We would use again and definitely reccomend. *****
