This is an Honest and accurate review......
I paid £1399 for a Super king size Mattress on 24/03/2022
5 weeks later we noticed the the bed was beginning to sag / dip on each side of the bed, I contacted Dreams, they sent a technician to survey the Mattress his reply, when I declined his findings said that because the Mattress is dipping, it was because I should have turned it every 4 weeks....I was never told this very important fact at the time of purchase, if I had been told this important fact I would never have purchased it as my wife and I have back problems, the Mattress is very heavy at 87k no way could we turn this on a 4 weekly basis.
Dreams have a policy that they care about the nation's sleep and want everyone to sleep like a log, but because my expensive Mattress is Sagging / dipping I roll off the edge of the bed.
Dreams have good adverts on the TV, they have recently posted record profits,
They only want your money as there is zero customer care.

I would have given NO STARS if I could and my Money back....please contact me ASAP you have my phone number and email address.

Great service and good technical knowledge by the sales team. Very pleased with the mattress purchased and very comfortable.

Wasn't sure about an extra firm mattress but it is great back doesn't hurt much with two types of arthritis the memory mattress is brilliant

Caitlyn from Broadstairs Westwood was so helpful in finding me the perfect mattress and a great deal. She was friendly and informative, and not too pushy which I really appreciated. Everyone in the store was helpful and I would definitely use this store again.

Found the perfect bed to buy with help from a employee Caitlin at the westwood cross store (Broadstairs) who helped us with any queries we had, with fantastic advice, sharing a few laughs and lovely conversations along the way.

Dan was a great help today helping us find a new bed he was very polite offering us drinks and pillows would definitely recommend his service

Great sales assistant Georgia, even stayed late to help me. She was so kind and not pushy, it was a very positive experience and if I’m going to spend lots of money ( for me) it was a pleasure to spend it with such a lovely assistant, she and her boss were great. Our Dreams assistant listened intently to my requirements and suggested acceptable solutions. With her guidance, the mattress I chose answered the case in every way. In the unlikely event that I am not satisfied, she explained the Dreams replacement policy, together with several other benefits on offer. Altogether a very satisfactory experience.

Our visit to Dreams was thoroughly enjoyable with excellent assistance, no pressure and allowed to browse with assistant on hand to answer any questions, would recommend Dreams beds to anyone

Brilliant service from Dreams, communication was excellent and the mattress has given me a decent nights sleep, best in years!

Don manager at Westwood cross store was excellent.
He allowed me time to try as many beds as I wished.
He gave information and advice that I needed and allowed me to choose at my pace.
He is a credit to the company.
I hope he gets recognised his customer service.

Staff very knowledgeable on their products and very professional but not pushing for a sale. Shown every courtesy and left store having completed our purchase and totally satisfied with our experience.

Staff and delivery drivers were very polite and helpful. The mattress and pillows were perfect

A fantastic experience from the point at which we spoke to the in-store staff right through to delivery and installation. We particularly enjoyed their Sleepmatch solution in store for selecting the correct mattress type for our ever-ageing bodies.
