Very Impressed By Recent Visit
I recently bought a bed in Dreams at Brislington and found the in store customer service excellent. Reiss who served me was very helpful, polite and friendly.
The delivery of the bed was done very efficiently, they were on time and quickly set the bed up for me.
I would definitely recommend this store.

Delivery of new Dreams Mattress and…
Delivery of new Dreams Mattress and recycle of old mattress
From order to delivery everything went according to information provided. From delivery of bag to wrap old mattress, delivery of free pillows by different company to delivery of new mattress. All emails and/or text messages and phone call from delivery men were precise and happened as stated. Delivery men were extremely helpful and polite. The whole experience was completely stress free. Thank you Dreams.

Great customer service in store
Great customer service in store, with helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. This made my purchase easier, as this was my first time buying from Dreams. Called the store today (22/09) to change my delivery date and was greeted with a professional service.

Very Good Customer Service
Leanne was very good at the store, so helpful to us- we did the sleep analysis which confirmed our mattress choice.
We bought the Rochester- pocket sprung with a memory foam top layer. It is an extremely comfortable matress.
The guys that delivered the mattress were also very good.

Top service
Used Dreams branch in Bridlington, Bristol. Very knowledgeable staff and gave us all the help we needed even though we had to change our mattress. This was then followed up by excellent customer service and support in changing the mattress. On arrival (3 minutes early!!!!) the delivery drivers were courteous, efficient and professional. Excellent service all around.

The sales person wasn’t pushy but very helpful. We also tried out the bed tester to see what we were compatible with with .

made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the staff We are both in our 80's and disabled my husband is in a wheelchair and cannot talk now because he has had cancer again in his throat the sales person was great made sure he was looking at he so he could lip read that made all the difference to him
