Service with a Smile.
Really happy with the service me and my husband received from Kyle at the Braintree Branch. He was quick to recommend the right mattress for my husband who suffers with lower back pain. We are looking forward to receiving our Amersham mattress and would definitely recommend Dreams for the friendly and knowledgeable service we received.

We had excellent service from the lady in Dreams her knowledge was brilliant. The bed that we have is very comfortable. Our Grandson has now brought a bed for his new home with our recommendation.

Visited today with my mother in search…
Visited today with my mother in search for new mattress, a couple of weeks ago I popped in and was advised to use the mattress checker to determine correct mattress. Have to say the service was first class, Kyle was understanding and sensitive to my mother's needs, he was considerate and offered good suggestions and gave us water. Outcome, sale made, two pillows thrown in, mattress protector but have to say we were not rushed, time to think about purchase (no pressure for a sale), and social approach by employees was really positive. Thank you Kyle and Dreams team, my mother will await her deliver knowing if any problems she can come back. Great outcome for all.

FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE
Friendly customer service. I was offered a cup of coffee and my wife was given water which she asked for. The store is clean and the display of beds is excellent. Good choice of bed ,can't wait to lie on my bed every night. Highly recommended. William.

The advice and support.
The advice, assistance and the opportunity to test the mattress ourselves was really helpful. We have made the right decision as the mattress is so comfortable for us both. This is so important as we have significant disabilities which means a comfortable, supportive and robust mattress is essential. Plus the pillows are great too. The lady who assisted us was so supportive, friendly and there was no pressure. We enjoyed the experience and have recommended you to our family and friends. My old bed was taken away with no problems and the new bed was installed also with no problems. The 2 guys were friendly and polite.
I have had my bed for 2 weeks now and all is well. I am sleeping well and the mattress suits me.
The whole experience with Dreams has been excellent from the start when I visited the shop To the finish.
