Our Sales lady Bobby was amazing. She asked us lots of info, did the Sleepmatch machine with us, talked us through lots of different options and hopefully we have chosen our perfect new bed Thanks to her.

James at the Enfield shop was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient

Visited the store to test out a mattress before buying new bed.
Was greeted and asked if needed assistance which was good as struggling to find the mattress in question.
Took me to mattress and said to grab pillow of choice so more natural position
Offered a drink as well
Then did the sleep test on the machine to confirm that the mattress matched up with me which it did
Then order process was quick and easy and completed without any fuss.
Very happy with the service inside, this is third bed bought all of them from dreams.
When come to buy next one will be at dreams

James the manager at Cribbs Causway branch was very knowledgeable and reassured us that we were buying the mattress that was best for our needs although he did overlook some of the additional costs that we would incur

Telford store - Despite the bad experience last time from being hounded by a member of staff after we told him we were already being dealt with, we went back in over the bankholiday weekend to check out the deals, What we saw horrified us, the same gent that made us feel uncomfortable was chilling on a bed EATING with food scattered over the bed and PLAYING ON HIS PHONE! while the other staff were serving. We stayed clear of him as wanted to avoid being hounded again. Once a member of staff was free we asked who he was. Low and behold he IS THE MANAGER and this is a standard thing for him to do!?!? Disgusting and disgraceful.

From the moment I paid a deposit on my mattress and bed it's going wrong and continuing to do so. First their card machine wasn't working. I wasted two journeys there and back. Then they cancelled on me twice to deliver my bed. Even on the afternoon before I received a phone call saying were coming tomorrow to put your bed up, only to get a call 2 hours later saying they can't as there's a part missing. I still have not got my bed and these clowns are a disgrace. From the customer service right the way through absolute joke.
