A job well done
Firstly the team arrived early (not a problem) and did their business in just over an hour. That’s really impressive.
Secondly the guys couldn’t do enough for us. I was having problems dismantling a bed and they just stepped in a did it in seconds.
Anyway the guys were brilliant. They’re a credit to the company.

Outstanding customer service in Bradford …
I visited the Dreams store in Bradford Foster Square. The shop assistant, who I believe was called Zai , was so helpful and polite. Zain made my experience a very enjoyable one.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service from the moment I entered the shop, staff were fantastic and very helpful especially store manager.
I was not the easiest customer and I must have been in the shop for about two hours as I kept changing my mind. Staff were very tolerant and patient.
I liked the fact they had the sleep match machine which helped me finally get the correct type of mattress I need.
I would definitely recommend the Bradford Dreams excellent service.

great service and helped with our choice
from the shop assistant to the delivery it all went better than i thought it would. everything was easy as we were informed and kept in touch. will always recommend Dreams as a place to get a bed

Amazing service
From the initial visit to buy a new bed Dreams could not have been more helpful. The bed was delivered and the 2 young men that came were fabulous taking such care and assembling the bed which I would recommend anyone to pay for.
