Great customer service, friendly, helpful staff, delivery was made on time

Amazing staff, support knowledgeable and friendly. The hot chocolate was amazing. The bed machine that tells you which mattress would be good for you really works!

FROM THE FIRST STEP INTO THE STORE A HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE YOUNG LADY GAVE US HER FULL ATTENTION. WE TRIED MANY BEDS AND SHE NEVER SHOWED ANY WISH TO RUSH US. THE FITTERS DELIVERED ON TIME AND QUICKLY ASSEMBLED THE BED, NO MESS VERY GOOD RESULT.

I love my new bed worth every penny. Service was awesome start to finish.

The service was first class, both in relation to the purchase and the delivery.

Really good service from Dec, knew all about the products, offered us tea and coffee and wasn’t pushy at all

We were greeted by a young man (dec) who was very friendly and offered us a warm drink.
When we told him we didn't really know what we where looking for, he listened to our wants and needs and suggested we try out the sleep master.
He told us how it works and what it is for and that it generates the best mattresses specific to our needs and comforts.
Then, off we went around the store, Dec with paper in hand and knowledge in his head.
He was very knowledgeable, generally about anything to do with beds and mattresses.
Once we had chosen our bed and mattress, the ordering process was super easy.
I think we where sat for about 15-20 minutes going through any extras we would like and asking questions which Dec answered confidently.
There was I think three different types of payment methods which made it super easy and stress free. We decided to pay the full amount.

We knew what we wanted firm mattress with good longevity.We were advised what mattresses and what offers were available.Managed to get the offer of 4 Slumber land pillows as well.Good customer service kept up to date with delivery and old mattress taken away.

Dec was a pleasure to deal with and is a credit to the Blackburn store team. He was not at all pushy and listened to what we were looking for and made meaningful recommendations rather than just steering us towards the most expensive options

Where to start please avoid this retailer at all cost! We ordered a bed and mattress from dreams blackburn store was told it would be deliverd after 3 weeks we waited for weeks and weeks then they said it was out of stock so we got a bed delived which was ok mattress was shocking felt nothing like the showroom one asked if we could change after lots of calls they said yes mattres arrived didnt fit the bed then the bed frame broke sent a guy to have a look he did his report sent new bed which had broked lats mattress still dosent fit bed frame and now the lift up part of the bed has collapsed its a nightmare and we are expected to sleep on this while they send someone out to look its a joke and will never ever used these total clowns ever again.

The company informs very well as to delivery time, how to handle new bed in the first few weeks. We had a very good nights sleep on the first night. No need for a period of ajustment to get 'used'to the bed. All great stuff
